IF I COULD LEAVE A REVIEW WITH NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!!!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! THEY ARE A SCAM AND THEY ARE THEIVES!!!!! THEY HAVE NOT PAID ME OR PAID ME SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN PAID ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS! WHEN I CALLED TO INFORM THEM THAT I WAS NOT PAID, A LADY HUNG UP ON ME! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO GET PAID ON TIME!!!!!!!! THIS RECRUITING/STAFFING AGENCY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!

The recruiter who called me did not listen to me when I told him several times that I only wanted to work remotely. It felt off so I told him I didnt want to interview with the company he was attempting to fill a position for. He kept calling and then his boss kept calling. I interviewed with the company because he told me it would be remote but just before the interview started, he told me not to mention to the hiring manager that I wanted remote work. Even the company that hired Artech to fill the position was rude and unprofessional. I told them I would not consider working with that company because I could tell they were toxic and he never spoke to me again. Do not take calls from them or give them your info- they are unprofessional and liars.

Hello ****,BBB notified us about your complaint. We take these complaints very seriously and researched into it.We apologize if you felt the recruiting team was persistent to point that you believed you were not being listened to. This position was very critical to the client, and they were very selective in their hiring process. However, after not being successful despite several rounds of interview, they were willing to accommodate remote work for the right candidate. This was the reason that the recruiter continued discussing this position with you. Interview preps are an integral part of Artechs recruiting processes. Typically, in the interview prep, the recruiters provide interview tips, client/manager details, go over the job description, provide general *********** and answer any questions the candidate may have. In this instance, after the interview was finalized and the recruiter could not reach out to you, they requested their managers assistance in reaching you.The recruiter also told you not to discuss the remote option with the client during the interview since they were already working with the client manager at the back end to make this a remote position if the client manager did decide to make an offer to you or to any of Artechs candidates. We are sorry that you did not have a great experience. However, I can confirm to you that Artech is the largest women owned IT staffing firm in the US and we have hired hundreds of employees every month. You can learn more about Artech at Artech - Intelligence is Human. We have taken the necessary steps to retrain our recruiting team on communication and how to deal with candidates with more professionalism. Please give us an opportunity to reverse this experience and make it a better experience for you in the future. However, if you are still not interested or would like to be removed from our database, then please let us know and we will ensure, you are not disturbed in future. We hope we have provided all the details regarding your experience with Artech. Please reach out to us directly if you require any further clarification/information in this regard. Thanks!

Horrible company. Actually interviewed with them and then during my final interview they never showed up. No response when I followed up. They should be put out of business.

Hello ****,BBB notified us about your complaint. We take these complaints very seriously and researched into it.As per the records, we see that you were considered for a statement of work project with one of our clients. As per Artechs standard recruiting process, a recruiter is required to do the initial screening/vetting a candidate, prior to putting the candidate across to their Account Managers for the 2nd round of screening. In some instances, the client hiring managers if they are available do join the call. When your 2nd round of interview with the Account manager was scheduled, the client manager confirmed that they would call in. However, at the time of the interview, they did not make it to the call. Later we were informed that the client manager did have a work exigency come up. While we understand your disappointment about the client managers absence, Artechs Account manager was on the call with you and completed the 2nd round of screening as scheduled. Unfortunately for you, another candidate was selected and so we were not able to proceed with your candidature. For your information, Artech is the largest women owned IT staffing firm in the US and you can learn more about Artech at Artech - Intelligence is Human If you are interested and are looking for contract opportunities, then please give us an opportunity to make it a better experience for you in the future. However, if you are still not interested and/or would like to be removed from our database, then please let us know and we will ensure, you are not disturbed in future. We hope we have provided all the details regarding what transpired. Please reach out to us directly if you require any further clarification/information in this regard. Thanks!

This is a real company, however, they are very unprofessional. One of their recruiters called me numerous times in a row. She finally left me a voice message, but I did not see an email from her. After I confirmed they had a valid contingent position for ********** I sent her my CV and requested the position ID #. She kept calling and calling (without stopping) until I answered my phone. She wanted to talk about another position, please keep in mind that each time I answered she spoke too low and yes, her accent made it difficult to understand her. I work at very diverse companies, however if staff cannot speak loud enough and clear enough to understand them, they will not succeed. It doesn't matter if they have a thick ********, Southern **, or ********** accent, if are calling external candidates/clients you need to have staff who can be clearly understood, no argument, just like someone in a word processing position cannot type past 25 wpm, they are not going to be successful. After speaking to someone at Artech, who was more familiar with the position, I was scheduled for an interview for the next day. When I went to bed, I still did not see the calendar invite for the interview, but it was too late to reach out. The recruiter started calling me again, early in the morning incessantly, one after the other over and over again. I finally turned off my phone. Once I was up, I did find the invitation had been sent in the middle of the night. This entire experience has been horrible. I have worked as contingent staff with numerous agencies, but I have never ever encountered such unprofessional behavior. If they did not receive my response in the middle of the night or even early in the morning, it is extremely unprofessional to incessantly call over and over again. To expect anyone to respond to an email sent LATE, in the middle of the night or at the break of ****, is not going to go over very good, and I am finished with this company.
