      The company did work on my house with no permits .they didnt finish the job .they stole property from my home .they hang up when I call them because the loan company paid them money Im being harassed by the loan company and they have not completed the job and are honoring there guarantee.so Im left with unfinished work and no response from the company

      I contracted with Bently roofing June 2023 and gave them a deposit to replace up to eight plywood panels on my roof that were rotten and to shingle my roof. Their workers arrived without any plywood. They removed the old shingles and then covered over 8 sheets of rotten plywood. I asked aren't you going to replace the plywood and they told me that the plywood was ok. I called ******* roofing and I made them take all the tar paper off of the rotten plywood. Their workers sat around for two hours while they went to get plywood. One of them laughed at me and told me to get a attorney. They only replaced 6 panels and left 2 rotten plywood panels and holes where the squirrels chewed in the roof and just covered it all over. I complained to the salesman **** and he sent them back with two plywood to replace the two rotten ones that they left. They peeled up the roofing and only replaced half of one sheet of rotten plywood and then nailed everything back down. I have cancelled the remaining payment to Bentley roofing and I am having to pay another roofing company to come and fix my roof. I have to protect my home from the incompetent workers that Bentley roofing employes and doesn't supervise. **** their sales man wanted to make a third attempt at fixing my roof but I declined. After two failed attempts attempt to rip me off and trying to get away with doing a really bad job. I have no confidence in them. I have to protect my home from them. I cannot allow them to return.

      I hired Bentley Roofing company provide me with a whole roof and the siding no my property.which began on Dec 1 2022. However upon the completion of the roof I was never informed that the was completed nor shown any pictures. When I looked out my front door and observed two guys getting in their truck and pulling off. Thats when I assumed they were finished. A few day later two guy came to do the siding. At which time I expressed that I didnt like the service for the roof. (The rotting wood around the roof that should have been removed they just worked over it). The siding on the back of my property the area above the window and the lower roof Im not happy with. The siding is botched and not leveled. The lower roof is slanted. I spoke to the supervisor who came to look at areas I pointed out that I wasnt pleased with at all. He agreed it wasnt right. said he would have the guys return, To fix the problem. No one has come or called. Ive called several time in January . In Feb I called, was told the supervisor would call back they couldnt tell me when. No call. I called on the 14th spoke with the supervisor who said someone will be at my property on Friday the 18th. Although it rained no one called to reschedule. The communication with the company is ridiculous.

      Bentley Roof is in receipt of this complaint, *********** man was out on Friday the 17th, he did note the the lower roof is slanted and was built that way for drainage, as to the siding, we can only re side the existing structure as best as possible. Understanding the customer is still not happy, I will make a personal visit to the home on Wed March 8th to inspect and talk with the customer.

      I had a new roof placed by Bentley roofing in July 0f 2021. the roof started leaking in September of 2021, which i reported to Bentley roofing. All reports were taken and numerous promises with appointments were made with no follow up. The roof is still leaking with various damages to inside of house whenever it rains. The cost of the roof was almost $13000.00, a loan was secured for the roof to proceed as soon as possible with the understanding that pictures will be submitted to my insurance company. The pictures were never submitted. I was told that my roof will have 25years of warranty with Bentley for workmanship and 50years of warranty for the material that was used for the roof. I would really appreciated help with the fixing of the roof and also help with submitting the pictures with my insurance company for reimbursement of that $13000.00. The cost of the roof.       Bentley is in receipt of this complaint, we have scheduled a crew to address ******************** concerns. Bentley was out in September and December of 2021 to address concerns, at that time Bentley sealed cracks in existing stucco and sealed a block window above the roof line and re sealed all apron flashing where roofing meets the stucco wall. Pictures were sent to the customer in July of 2022 and again in the 17th of Feb 2023. Bentley will also print and ***** the pictures to the homeowner at this time. 

      Bentley makes NO assertions that insurance will cover any cost or portion thereof, or that Bentley will file any claim or be involved with any claim filed. Bentley has not been contacted by any insurance company representing the customer and has provided pictures to the homeowner.

      We hired them to do our roof last summer on our new house. It was mostly shingles with a small area of metal roofing. We also ordered windows through them. They did the shingle roof quickly and well (had one leak at a skylight which I guess is somewhat expected) things went downhill from there. They messed our window order up at least 2 times. The first I am fine blaming the manufacturer. We then reordered from another manufacturer but they forgot to order 5 windows. They installed the windows over 2 weeks (to be fair we had 40 windows). Some had to be redone and they appear to contract out for that. Would never have ordered windows from them if we knew that. The metal roof was delivered to them reportedly before the windows were here and they stored it as it had to go on last. We have been waiting over 3 months now for them to deliver and install the roof with it in their warehouse. They continually lie about when it will get done and have no called no showed at leastv10 times (that is not an exaggeration). We paid almost 180k for the above. Finally, they just brought over and installed two glass sliding doors where we had old ones (which we had discussed but not ordered from them) and wanted us to pay 8k for them which we refused. We agreed to pay 6k for them if they fixed the installation (one door catches/ other installed somewhat crooked) and replaced the handles which dont match our house - they have so far not followed through on either of those.

      Bentley is in receipt of this complaint, the window order was no error on Bentley, the windows, which were not 40 there were 59, and they were a specialty window, 2 color divided light grids, multiple styles and configurations with a total renovation unit as well. The delays came directly from the manufacturer, yes there are still material and color delays and supply chain disruptions. The manufacturer offered a credit for the delay (5 figure discount) but then passed the second deadline. At this point Bentley switched manufacturers, with customer approval, this resulted in the product cost increasing over 10%, we all know building supplies soared over the last year, but Bentley still provided the customer the original discount from the first supplier, even though no discount was given to Bentley and the cost rose and installed 2 patio doors for cost.

      The metal roof material is in, and the last small porch section of roof will be installed the week of Oct 3 weather permitting.

      Bentley will consider this complaint to be resolved and satisfied
