- Youmay cancel your agreement at any time as described below by calling thetoll-free number listed on your Welcome Letter or providing cancellation inwriting to: Warranty Program, P.O. Box 3042, Naperville, Illinois 60566-7042.The company may cancel the agreement prior to the end of the current twelve(12) month term for fraud, exploitation of program, abuse, materialmisrepresentation, non-payment, for violation of any of the terms andconditions of the agreement, unsafe working conditions, or if required to do soby any regulatory authority. If either you or American water resources cancelsthe agreement within thirty (30) days from the commencement date and you havenot made any request for service hereunder, you will receive a full refund ofthe agreement purchase price paid. If you or the company cancels
the agreement after thirty (30) days from the commencement date but before theannual coverage term ends, coverage shall continue for the balance of themonthly period in which the agreement is cancelled, and you shall
receive a refund of any advance payments for coverage less the cost of anyservice.
