I have Neutrogena Beach Defense 100 sunscreen. Unfortunately the product I have was recalled because it is unsafe. I called the 800 number on my sunscreen. I spoke with ****** who admitred my sunscreen is on the recall list. However, she refused to replace my screesunscreen because it has expired. I explained I use my sunscreens after they have expired. I may use to apply a 2nd layer. However, this sunscreen is UNSAFE and has been recalled so I can't use the product. Since the product is unsafe, I am requesting a replacement. I can send the company my sunscreen that is part of the recall. It is full.Initial Complaint

In November 2023, I discovered after months of requesting medical records, that there were serious complications with my surgery. The two implants used were DePuy Pinnacle. My body rejected both implants from the onset of insertion leaving me to be crippled. The implants are rather large causing a distortion with my lower body and the pain is deadly. I contacted the manufacturer and at first they were concerned saying if there was pain after 6 months then the implants failed or doctor ***** or both. I was initially pleased with the investigation into my concerns but was soon quailed by the company first throwing my case out and then opening back up because of their *****. But nothing has come of this. One person said, we will do research to see if there has been other complaints about these particular implants. Thats fine, but discovery or not, the ones inside me are defective and need to come out. So, between the hospital , the manufacturer, the surgeon, and his association, everyone has abandoned me leaving me in this condition where *** already lost over 50 pounds due to wasting. I didnt have that weight to lose. And, as both hip implants feel like they are going to pop out, I cant walk or do much for more than several minutes. No one should be in this pain and no one should have these foreign objects inside of them causing the loss of my lower extremities. Both legs have shrunk in diameter significantly and the right side is even 2 1/2 inches smaller than the left. With less than 6% body fat before the surgery, one can imagine that the weight that I am losing is muscle weight. I can not continue in this type of pain and I can not continue to have these entities treat me with such extreme bias that its near criminal. I know people work hard, but I know people. There is no excuse for every minute I sit in this nightmare while most of you do nothing more than walk and talk. This cant keep going like this.Initial Complaint

I used a J&J web site provided form to return unused/open contact lenses worth $200. I mailed the form and lenses back to the address provided but never received confirmation of receipt. I finally reached out after not hearing from them to find out the lenses were thrown out . The have refused to issue a good faith apology and or credit.Initial Complaint

I lost my job n called ****** ****** **,before applying to *** For ***** D n got connected to the J and J ****** Group and got lied to by Stephiny to purchase a package from Thier MedFirst Wellness plan.Stephiny told me that in CT only pregnant woman get ***** D.That was a lie. I did my interview with DSS and was approved for ***** D 5 days after paying them my last $264.00. I attempted to cancel the plan via email on Friday,May 17.Then I spoke to Destiny on May 20 Over the phone telling her I want to cancel and she said it takes 7 to 10 business days to refund she specifically left out, that there are specific things that I have to give them via email in order to cancel. In their first email, It clearly states that within the first 30 days.If you do not use their insurance you will be issued a refund. It was obvious that Destiny didn't tell the specifics N what I needed to do.so they could catch a sale.Finally, yesterday, I spoke to a woman named Cali, and she emailed me the specifics in what I need to do in order to cancel the insurance, that I was lied to INTO Buying.I sent them the paper From the state of CT proving i have ***** D, because I'm jobless and poor. Then the refund time changes to 7-14 business days, from 7-!0, which she told me on,May 20th.I attempted to cancel over the phone and through the only email they provide she made sure not to tell me The Specifics in what I need to do in order to b given a refund. It's like they don't want to give my refund and keep my money. I have all emails.All I want is my $264.00 refund issued quick because I did not use their insurance and in their email it states,That if you dont use their Insurance within the 1st 30 days n u feel you bought the wrong package,a full refund will be issued.It's been one week and a day and i've been trying to cancel since 2 days after getting lied to into buying their package.It was the last of my moneyInitial Complaint

Their garbage dental floss always shreds around my tooth! They claim it cleans teeth but everytime I go to the dentist, my gums bleed! I know the proper technique and usage; it's this garbage company's false advertising that gives consumers a false sense of purpose!Initial Complaint

As a new parent, I recently purchased a bottle of infant Tylenol because I thought it was specifically for infants. I paid 10.64 for 2 fluid ounces. When I looked at the “children’s Tylenol” it’s the same exact dosage of 160mg/5mL except the children’s Tylenol cost 7.68 for 4 fluid ounces. This is a complete marketing scam by Johnson and Johnson to get new parents to spend more money.Initial Complaint

My order number is ************ My reference number for the letter I got from Rogaine is *********. I bought women rogaine 5% minoxidil topical aerosol and I sent the money back gurantee rebate form and the email I got from Rogaine. They have the credit card charge information but they refused to give me the money back since I don’t have the original receipt the package came with. No one keeps a package for 3 months and I have proof of purchase from their website not only in my email but the credit card. I also didn’t see anything on the rebate page about the UPC. Re: Listerine Mouthwash. I specifically purchased an item labeled as Listerine for Gum Therapy. When I compared the active and inactive ingredients to another bottle of Listerine -not advertised as gum therapy- that I had they were exactly the same. This is very misleading.When I called the number given on the bottle they did not give me a satisfactory answer. They said that the gum Therapy Listerine contained certain essential oils that the other products did not. What kind of essential oils she could not reveal to me like it is a company secret. Why is this not listed as an ingredient. What if I was allergic to essential oils. I want to find exactly what the difference is. In other words, why would I buy a specific product that is advertised as Listerine Gum Therapy and may or may not be more expensive when it is no different than a bottle of.. let's say Extra Clean Listerine. Thank you for looking into this for me.
