I purchased Rogaine products online, and they had Money Back Guarantee Policy. I didn’t satisfied the product and then mailed the form back to them first. And then they said I didn’t mail the receipt and empty product, so I did mail them again. And then I called them, they still said I got to mail again. But I didn’t have the empty product anymore. If the company didn’t wanna customer return back their product, they shouldn’t say Money Back Guarantee online. And I spent over a few months , didn’t solve the problem. And my friend got the same experience as I had, but she just didn’t wanna spend more time on solving the issue.Initial Complaint

I used JOHNSON & JOHNSON® BAND-AID® Cushion Care Sports Strip on my knee back in February 2024. I applied a new one every day for 4 days. The last one I pulled off, I noticed a red mark in the shape of the bandaid. I panicked but still gave it a few days to see if it would disappear.. Still there. I am not allergic to latex by the way. I contacted JOHNSON & JOHNSON with this information including a picture of my knee. At first they only said they would refund me for the cost of the band aides. Being outraged, I threatened them with a lawsuit if they did not handle the situation appropriately. They then promised me reimbursement upon receiving a recommendation from my doctor for a scar removal cream related to the mark from the band aide. I finally got the recommendation and now all of a sudden they’re telling me reimbursement isn’t guaranteed, and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the product before I even find out if they’re going to reimburse me for the cost. Do they really think it’s apropos to tell someone they have to pay hundreds of dollars out of their pocket for ‘possible’ reimbursement?? They are out of their minds. Not only that, but they never told me these things 10 months ago. I will meet them halfway and pay for the scar removal cream out of pocket, but they must promise me reimbursement upon doing so. If they fail to comply, my next step will be the same complaint word for word with Consumer Protection, and after that if necessary, a lawsuit…Initial Complaint

I contacted the company, 10/13/2024, about a 25.4 ounce bottle of ogx coconut curls shampoo which was rancid. Although I sent proof of purchase and the shampoo was $12.29 + NYS tax ($13.35 total). I was sent a check for $7.00, without an invoice or any explanation included or attached. I contacted *** regarding this, 10/28/24 via email but I am being ignored. I tried to call their "customer service" provided directly from ogx, several times but it does not work. It would not connect past asking for a language preference.Initial Complaint

I purchased 10 bottles of Neutrogena Sunscreen from ******. I was just informed that there was a recall on the sunscreen due to the product causes cancer. I currently have 9 bottles. 4 whole cans and 5 partially used cans. I requested a refund or credit for these cancer causing sunscreens and was denied because the refund window is closed. I was instructed to throw away my current cans. Since the cans are valued at $9.00 each, I would like a refund or store credit for $58.50 (4 cans at $9.00 + 5 cans at $9.00 divided by 2). The refund denial is unacceptable as the product still causes cancer and Neutrogena should honor their products. Also, the reason why I purchased so many is because I'm a senior citizen and don't get to ****** often.Initial Complaint

This company has a program for joining their program you receive rewards in the form of coupons on a very important medication l use which is zyrtec. I joined and the very next few days each time the coupon appears and say get coupon then gives option to print. The print gives an error message that these coupons are not available. Is this a scam. Why would you have a customer.to join and have the coupon there not available. Contacted company via their online form. No response.Initial Complaint

I have Neutrogena Beach Defense 100 sunscreen. Unfortunately the product I have was recalled because it is unsafe. I called the 800 number on my sunscreen. I spoke with ****** who admitred my sunscreen is on the recall list. However, she refused to replace my screesunscreen because it has expired. I explained I use my sunscreens after they have expired. I may use to apply a 2nd layer. However, this sunscreen is UNSAFE and has been recalled so I can't use the product. Since the product is unsafe, I am requesting a replacement. In November 2023, I discovered after months of requesting medical records, that there were serious complications with my surgery. The two implants used were DePuy Pinnacle. My body rejected both implants from the onset of insertion leaving me to be crippled. The implants are rather large causing a distortion with my lower body and the pain is deadly. I contacted the manufacturer and at first they were concerned saying if there was pain after 6 months then the implants failed or doctor ***** or both. I was initially pleased with the investigation into my concerns but was soon quailed by the company first throwing my case out and then opening back up because of their *****. But nothing has come of this. One person said, we will do research to see if there has been other complaints about these particular implants. Thats fine, but discovery or not, the ones inside me are defective and need to come out. So, between the hospital , the manufacturer, the surgeon, and his association, everyone has abandoned me leaving me in this condition where *** already lost over 50 pounds due to wasting. I didnt have that weight to lose. And, as both hip implants feel like they are going to pop out, I cant walk or do much for more than several minutes. No one should be in this pain and no one should have these foreign objects inside of them causing the loss of my lower extremities. Both legs have shrunk in diameter significantly and the right side is even 2 1/2 inches smaller than the left. With less than 6% body fat before the surgery, one can imagine that the weight that I am losing is muscle weight. I can not continue in this type of pain and I can not continue to have these entities treat me with such extreme bias that its near criminal. I know people work hard, but I know people. There is no excuse for every minute I sit in this nightmare while most of you do nothing more than walk and talk. This cant keep going like this.Initial Complaint

I used a J&J web site provided form to return unused/open contact lenses worth $200. I mailed the form and lenses back to the address provided but never received confirmation of receipt. I lost my job n called ****** ****** **,before applying to *** For ***** D n got connected to the J and J ****** Group and got lied to by Stephiny to purchase a package from Thier MedFirst Wellness plan.Stephiny told me that in CT only pregnant woman get ***** D.That was a lie. I did my interview with DSS and was approved for ***** D 5 days after paying them my last $264.00. I attempted to cancel the plan via email on Friday,May 17.Then I spoke to Destiny on May 20 Over the phone telling her I want to cancel and she said it takes 7 to 10 business days to refund she specifically left out, that there are specific things that I have to give them via email in order to cancel. In their first email, It clearly states that within the first 30 days.If you do not use their insurance you will be issued a refund. It was obvious that Destiny didn't tell the specifics N what I needed to do.so they could catch a sale.Finally, yesterday, I spoke to a woman named Cali, and she emailed me the specifics in what I need to do in order to cancel the insurance, that I was lied to INTO Buying.I sent them the paper From the state of CT proving i have ***** D, because I'm jobless and poor. Then the refund time changes to 7-14 business days, from 7-!0, which she told me on,May 20th.I attempted to cancel over the phone and through the only email they provide she made sure not to tell me The Specifics in what I need to do in order to b given a refund. It's like they don't want to give my refund and keep my money. I have all emails.All I want is my $264.00 refund issued quick because I did not use their insurance and in their email it states,That if you dont use their Insurance within the 1st 30 days n u feel you bought the wrong package,a full refund will be issued.It's been one week and a day and i've been trying to cancel since 2 days after getting lied to into buying their package.It was the last of my moneyInitial Complaint
