Im a E-ZPass account holder and no where online does it say we have a 12 limit dispute if we need to dispute a toll violation. This is not a reasonable limit if there are multiple cars on the account. Especially to pay 50s for a less than $2 toll fee if Im a E-ZPass account holder.Initial Complaint

Ezpass is horrible. I have had an account from the beggining. Always had a credit card on file incase the amount in the account was below what it should be. All of a sudden I start to get numerous letters of tolls not being paid and that I don't have an account. I have called numerous times and have been on hold for hours. No one answers but they have time to send letters for tolls. I have asked via email and mail to PLEASE take the tolls that did not post properly out of my account and nothing! Just more letters. There is money in the account I don't understand why they are doing this. It's awful and disgusting.Business response

We are in receipt of complaint #******** for *********************************. Unfortunately the violation fees are all legitimate. Customers are not supposed to drive through the **ZPass lanes without the proper funds on their account. After researching it was determined than ********************************* account had a negative balances during the violation period.
We cannot continue to waive the administrative fees.Initial Complaint

I was charged two ***** administration fees when I went to new jersey.i sent in a dispute and never got anything.today I got a collection notice file number 07044697333,pin ************************************,call ********************** number ************.the first **** I got for my toll had this administration fee on it I paid the toll bit not the fee I disputed it and never heard anything I don't understand how I'm being charged two 50.
