I previously deleted the ****** review in good faith. The owner, who I thought was a good honest guy, proved me wrong. He did not stand by our agreement. So, I am reposting a part of my previous. Not only did the owner not stand by our agreement, he has chosen to ignore my requests and avoid my calls. He has also been dishonest with the loan company. I will say, this has been a HUGE ****** learned. I will never trust another car salesman or dealership again. I have never in my life experienced such disrespect for a customer and shady practices. I have already contacted the loan company, my lawyer, New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and the ************************************. By far, the worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. The dealership may respond and say my credit was not good. Please! Credit has nothing to do with the bad customer service, the criminal employee who is now incarcerated, trumped up loan amount and the shady manager. Credit is in regards to getting approved and interest rate, which I was fine with. The manager ***** is terrible. He comes off as arrogant and untrustworthy. I could not believe he suggested I buy a $1000 dollars coat to keep warm in my car. I thought he was joking. He was dead serious. I could not believe it. No sympathy, no sense of urgency considering how cold it was. I continue to have issues with the car. After taking months to fix my heat, they did something to my air conditioner, which the owner agreed to fix, but now ignoring me. The manager has no respect or empathy even after his shady car salesman was fired due to allegedly (Yes, I must say allegedly) stealing a substantial amount of money from the company. Also, allegedly, he was fired from taking money under the table from customers. Interestingly, quite a few mechanics quit abruptly. According to a reputable auto service chain I had check out the car, the dealership shouldn't have sold the car to me.Review from E. W.

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! WARNING!!! ?? My car died after 4 months of driving it!! Now im stuck with a $19,300 Loan on a car I cant even drive anymore. It was 2014 tesla ****** miles on it and battery completely died and the manager of the company Elite Motors said the battery wasnt covered only by Tesla. At the time of the deal i asked him if the battery was covered HE LIED AND SAID YES IT WAS COVERED. Then he said try to get it totaled and have your insurance cover the loan cost and to just get a new car. Im currently in the process of taking this company to court. During the purchase I put down $2000. ************* manager sh****n claims that was to cover the taxes and registration of the plates cost. Had to get the car TOWED multiple times which cost me close to another $1000!! This dealership is completely CROOKED and should be shutdown immediately!!!Elite Motor Cars Response

You purchased an EV vehicle which is they come with whatever remainder of the factory warranty and you purchase the vehicle about seven months ago WITHOUT PURCHASING EXTENDED WARRANTY at the time of the sale your warranty was active and you confirmed that with Tesla yourself, we offered to help you out by trading in the vehicle and put u in a new car. You gotta put a mind you put a lot of mileage on the vehicle due to you had it as your work vehicle doing **** with it.Customer Response

This is a false comment, I asked the manager Sh**n if the battery was covered he did say Yes at the time of the deal Just nothing else was covered which i was fine with AND I KNOW HE REMEMBERS ME ASKING HIM THAT. And Elite Motors never offered to trade the car back in for a different car thats FALSE! Because they know that car was finished they didnt want it in there ***** anymore. And e whether EV or No EV Nobody wants to drive a car off the lot for 5 Months and have it completely die on them NOBODY ***** said $18,000 to fix the battery thats almost the entire LOAN LINE ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! . Now im out of $3000 pit $2000 4 car tows later Left with a $19,000 car loan on a car that doesnt work anymore PAYING $400 a ******** Please BBB make it make sense. The most horrible experience I have ever had dealing with a private owned dealership. Sometimes you got to admit to yourself when youre wrong for what you do to people. I usually have excellent experiences with businesses and enjoy supporting them. However, my recent experience was exceptionally **************** husband and I visited Elite Motor Cars to purchase a car for our daughter's birthday. We intended to buy the car outright without financing and worked with ***** ******, the general manager. Unfortunately, his demeanor was arrogant, dismissive, and he negotiated the price minimally, only budging by $100. Despite our reservations, we decided to purchase the car on November 15, 2024 and were assured that we would receive the paperwork, tags, and title by ******* our daughter's temporary tags were about to expire on December 14, 2024, we realized we had not received any of the promised documents. My husband called ***** ******, who rudely claimed that my husband had only signed for the title, not the tags. This was contradictory to our understanding that both tags and title were included in our purchase. Shawns dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable.After several frustrating exchanges, including being told the title was delayed due to the ***, we felt misled and anxious. In six days the temporary tags will be expired. Therefore, we decided to drive 1.5 hours to resolve the issue in person. Upon arrival, we found the title behind the desk, contradicting the claim that it was in the mail. This confirmed our suspicion that we were being misled.***** ****** hastily made copies of paperwork that should have been sent weeks earlier. This experience was highly unprofessional and indicative of poor customer service. During our visit, we also encountered another customer who was visibly upset about their own negative experience with the ************* summary, our experience with Elite Motor Cars was far from satisfactory. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and misleading information were unacceptable. I would strongly advise against doing business with Elite Motor Cars.Review from randy a

I spoke to the sales manager 3 days ago and ordered an inspection on a ******* and requested a purchase contract . He said he would accommodate the above requests!!!. Today i found out the vehicle was sold ( i can prove all of the above, i have texts , emails and taped conversations)). What a terrible organization, i wouldn't trust these guys under any circumstances!!! , Buyer beware!Review from Gina C

Worst mechanic shop I have ever dealt with in my life. I was pretty much scammed out of $3500 because they work off of forums and dont properly diagnose your cars is***. I had to buy my own parts and drop them off. I picked up the car three times and still had the same is***. I was just told to keep buying more and more parts. Then I was told it was fixed I paid and when I left the light came back on. I had the same is*** when I confronted them about it they told me they would give me $500 back. These people are crooks and the owner is one of the worst people Ive ever met in my life. They are scam artists. When they are called out, they ignore you and dont answer texts or calls. I gave them many opportunities to make right and pay for my bill where I got my car properly diagnose and fixed but instead now I have to *** them and take them to court to get my money back. Stay far far away from these people.Review from Eric P
