    My original purchase for the product was in October 2022. I requested a refund in February 2023 because I was told that shipping would yet again be delayed. In February I was told that the refund would take 7-10 days to process. I followed up again after I did not receive the refund and was told that it would "take some time" and that an exact date could not be given. In May, I followed up again and was told that there was "internal restructuring" and that I, again, would not be able to be given an exact date for the refund. I followed up in June and got the same response. I just tried to follow up again to see if I could get the refund since it has now been well over a year since the original order was placed only to find out that their contact email - the only public way to contact them - no longer exists and that they are out of business. I was scammed out of $800 by this company.

    I bought a Treadly 2 treadmill and after a long wait received it. My complaint is that the app to control the treadmill on my iPhone no longer works (even though ostensibly the connection is through Bluetooth) because the app insists on first connecting to a central server that no longer seems to be operational with Treadly going out of business with no notice. Before they tell everyone they are just going out of business they should have either put the software into a maintenance process or updated the app to no longer require connection to a server they have no intention of supporting moving forward. That would have been the RIGHT thing to do. Rather than do that they just put us in a situation where all users without a remote control are *** and that is how we were sold this tool. I now have spent about a thousand bucks to have a hunk of junk and will have to go out and buy another walking treadmill pad to work with my standing desk, costing me yet more money. Shame on these folks.

    I purchased a treadmill from Treadly that took months and months to finally arrive. It is now completely worthless as it wont turn on.

    I spent neraly $900 on a treadmill that I can no longer use becuase they shut down the app. I have had the machine less than a full year and a few weeks ago I tried logging in to the app and it just wouldn't open. Now my under desk treadmill, that they claimed was the thinnest on the marked and that would go under nearly any desk has to have the hand rail up to work so it is now a useless piece of junk that will sit unused. Also on a less than stellar note, it took nearly 7 months to deliver to me, they have a year long warranty but most of that year was used in transit.

    I ordered the Treadly2 on 11/05/22. After waiting several weeks for it to arrive, I emailed Customer Support about the shipping status and was told the expected shipping date is late February. February came and went, so I contacted Customer Support again, and they said there was a defective part in the shipment that included my order. The next expected availability will be in mid to late May. On 06/09/23, I received an email that Treadly is permanently closing its operations. I emailed Customer Support about my refund request but there was no response. I tried to file a dispute with my credit card, but because the timeframe has expired for this charge, my credit card cannot issue a refund, and I should contact the merchant directly.

    I ordered a Treadly treadmill ( order # *******) on 9/01/2022. The company constantly kept pushing back the the delivery date (last estimated delivery date was December 2022) so I cancelled my order on 11/02/22. They said that I would receive a refund within **** business days. I finally reached out again in April of 2023 to get an update as I never received the refund. They responded to my email asking for additional information since they "could not refund to the original form of payment." I provided the information and still nothing. I have sent several emails since then requesting an update and the last email I sent was on 6/12/23. I went to their website and see that Treadly has closed down. Will I ever get my money back?

    I originally purchased my Treadly in April 2022. After months of waiting, I finally received it in September 2022. I walked less than ten miles on it in the first six months. When I started to use it again, it wouldn't start. I did all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. It was as if the motor just stopped working. I contacted Treadly and I had to pay $50 for another box to be sent for shipping. It was picked up for return on April 20, 2023. I inquired a few times and they gave me an excuse about the delay. I have an email about this. I've tried to reach them the last two weeks and have received no response!

    The order was placed on 12/29/22 and I was charged ($749) on 12/30/22. My order number is TR-******. The website initially stated that I would receive the treadmill sometime in February. I contacted them through online support and was told that my order was delayed due to manufacturing issues. I reached out to them again on 4/19/23. They told me that there was a delay and offered me a free two year warranty to make up for this. My product was going to be delivered from mid to late May. I was sent an email late afternoon on 6/9/23 that the company is closing and will not be fulfilling any outstanding orders. I called on 6/10/23 and the voicemail told me to contact them through email. I sent an email on 6/10/23 asking to be refunded the money they charged me. I was never contacted, so I tried calling again on 6/13/23 and the phone number was disconnected. I then sent another email on 6/13/23 and I have not heard back. I need help in getting my refund.

    We preordered a Treadly treadmill in May, for **** delivery. Recently I got an email saying they are closing the business. No mention of a refund. Tried calling, emailing with no response. They are very difficult to get in touch with, even before they sent the email stating that they are shutting down. Why presell if you are shutting down the company? I want my money back. Poor service, very disappointing result.
