1 starOrdered a treadmill in Aug 2022, but did not receive it until Jan 2023. The treadmill worked fine for a few months then started to make a squeaking sound from the motor. Company asked me to box it up and send it back for repairs in April. I hadnt heard back, so when I reached out to them the end of May, I got a message saying customer service requests were backlogged and they were going to reach out to me soon. I reached out a few more times and no response. I come here and find out that the company decided to close. Worst company and terrible customer service experience. I will probably never get a refund or see my treadmill again. What a total fraud!!!Review fromBrittany F

1 starThe end of October of ************************************************************ Stock at the time. Then on Nov. 2 I get an email saying there is a delay & that I now won't get my treadmill until early Dec. They also mentioned that due to this they were going to give 24 months of warranty coverage instead of 12 months (a 250$ value). I emailed them on 12/31 to see if they had any update on my order since I still hadn't received my **************** said the new stock shipment is still in transit. I emailed again on 1/27/23 & they tell me the new expected date to receive my treadmill was late Feb. This continues where I email for ************** proceed to push out the date that I would receive my treadmill. They at one point offered to take off an additional 50$ from the original payment. I stuck around because I thought they were supposed to be a good company. My friend had a treadmill from them & loved it. I had heard good things from them. I took a chance & regret it horribly. From reading other reviews it sounds though that I would've been screwed either way whether I tried cancelling my order that next day or not. I financed through the company they offered - ********** still have to pay them...so either way I'm still out 799$. I filed a Merchant Dispute with Affirm but they aren't going to get anywhere, I'm sure all they are doing it trying to email just like I was & I'm sure they aren't getting responded back to just like I'm not. The phone number Treadly has out now will ring once & then hangs up but it used to just direct you to their email address. What good that does. Just isn't fair & I hate that I can't do anything else. I really wish I would've looked here at BBB first before I ordered! I feel like a fool. Treadly you are horrible! Refund those you STOLE from!!!Review fromJen K

1 starI contacted Treadly in March about a repair on my 2 year old unit. They had me pay $200 to have it sent to them to be looked at. After it was picked up, I never got an update and they did not reply to my emails requesting updates. I now realize they must have known they were heading for bankruptcy/closure and still took my money and unit. Complete fraud. I am reporting to the *** and well and disputing my credit card charge.Review fromAmy A

1 starPre-ordered a treadmill 1/6/23. Asked for updates - kept getting pushed out. Asked for my last update 5/31/23 and was told "they'll get to me when they can, they are backlogged" less than a week later I receive an email that the company is closing and if you have an outstanding order they are unable to fulfill it. No information was given on refunds, no information on how to contact anyone. I have tried contacting them and I am getting nowhere. Now I'm out $750 unless I can get my bank to charge back since I didn't order it with a credit card. Absolutely terribly run business.Review fromStanley M

1 starI too was scammed. I ordered one in January and they charged my card. They continued to lead me on that there were manufacturing issues. Each month I would inquire and it was always the same. 1 starI ordered from Treadly in April with a promise that my treadmill would arrive in May. Received an email from the company yesterday that they cannot continue their operations and they apologize for not being able to fulfill my request. No promise to refund. 1 starOrdered in late March and my money was immediately withdrawn from my account which already seemed shady as this was technically a back ordered item and usually in these cases, you would not be billed until AFTER the item you ordered has been shipped. I tried emailing this company multiple times and was given the run around about shipping dates and when I reached out for the third time I received no response and just today I get a general email from them saying the company is CLOSING! No mention of a refund of course, just a general statement saying if you ordered with them, you will never receive your treadmill. Of course they now no longer have a phone number and are completely ignoring my emails. From the looks of it from all the reports on here, it seems that they will never respond or issue a refund. This is so upsetting, I purchased directly through my bank unfortunately, not with a credit card so I have no idea how or if I will ever get my money back. This was a purchase meant to help with my health and was not a careless purchase nor one that I could really afford but I truly felt like I needed it to help me be able to be more active with my long hours in front of the computer at my job which is in a cancer center. I did my research and believed this was a legit company and I was truly excited for this purchase and now its become the worst purchase of my life unfortunately. I am out about $1,000 which I thought I was investing in my health it turns out, it was just stolen from me. 1 starNo stars!!! Decided on this treadmill from reviews of influencers on Instagram. Ordered early Nov 2022 with deliver date of Dec. That date came and went. I reached out by email and was told late Feb. Once again date came and went. I reached out again and was given another date that came and went. I received email of the company closing today 6/9/23 with no mention of a refund. I have emailed with no response and now they have taken down posts on Instagram because people were blowing it up. As they should. They had awful customer service because they never reached out one time to update me. Im calling their reason for shutting the doors bullcrap. The supposed delays are BS and they made off with a fortune from our placed orders by taking money immediately and never delivering. Shame on them!Review fromKyle H

1 starOrdered on December 20, 2022 for $749 and heard nothing about it until we reached out on February 20, 2023 and said it was delayed until the end of February. Then on March 8, we inquired again and was told it was delayed again until the end of March or early April. We then asked again on April 28, when we were told of a quality control issues and would be delayed, yet again, until mid to late May. Once that passed, we reached out again on June 5th, where we received no response. We replied back to our unanswered email for a cancellation, and doubt that we will receive a response. I will be contacting my bank to hopefully get this resolved, as I see many are not receiving responses regarding a refund.Review fromDave S.

1 starOrdered in October, and kept delaying. I asked for a refund 3 months ago and they keep giving excuses and now getting no response from my last couple emails. Still waiting to hear back on refund.
