The Windows were installed 07/13/10.(Job # ******* for$3,740.00. Although I realize this was quite a long time ago, we were promised a LIFETIME warranty.We have had problems in the past, and (at a cost) we were able to replace 4 panes on 10/27/16,(as windows were defective, and there was moisture on the inside of the glass, and clouding.) I called in 2020, as we were having the same problems again, and was told that a independent contractor was now handling the work. Although I contacted him, he said he would get back to me, but never did. Due to Covid, we did not pursue it at that time. Called Frank Vincent again on September 3, & 4, 2022, but received no call back. Contacted them on September 6, 2022 and was advised that ************* is no longer active, so they couldn't honor warranty. We hope you can help us, as problems wirh windows remain, and we need help to resolve this.
