I purchased a car, 2015 *** ******** at this location 08/22/2022. On 07/16/2023 the car was in an accident (No Fault-driven by my son who is on the policy) and declared a total loss by my insurance company. The balance of the loan was paid. There was a small *** balance/difference approximately $2,000. The **** *** Insurance I was sold from the dealership is giving me the run around and did not pay off the remaining owed even though I submitted the documents requested. I decided to pay the balance myself and informed ****. The **** representative, ********************, instructed me to contact the dealership for cancelation.I have repeatedly contacted the dealership only to watch my messages being ignored. Absolutely no response.I emailed:*****************-Sales and Leasing *************************-Owner. No one at Nutley Auto *** had the professional courtesy to respond to my request to cancel the *** Insurance or reach out to me for further assistance. Extremely unprofessional. Meanwhile **** continue to collect money from the monthly payment sent to the car loan institution without providing the service that I paid for.All I am asking is for Nutley Auto *** to cancel the **** *** Insurance contract and receive an accommodation/reimbursement for money paid since July 2023.Thank you for your assistance,*********************
