    I mistakenly thought I was ordering a ******************* purse, I ordered navy blue and my daughter thought the same so I ordered a black and pink bags for her birthday and I accidentally pushed a repeat of the last two purses then contacted them to my error. I received five purses in total as they indicated one was not available they gave me back money for the sixth one. When they arrived I was disappointed as they were not what the same brand . I contacted MKF and waited for a return label that I never got so I took them in the original boxes and paid $61 dollars to send back within 30 days of delivery to my home. I have given MFK the tracking numbers to their ********** and ******* offices that arrived April 13 and 14 2023. Today it has been one week and now they have 5 purses , my money and no refund to me as I already gave them all this information. I am a senior citizen and have a limited income and do not want this to happen to another customer. I have been very upset about this and thought I followed through with all requirements to get my money back

    Our system shows returned only 2 of the 5 which will be refunded immediately, then our cs team will reach out to the customer for the tracking numbers so we can check on the return status for the remaining 3 bags.
