    My ********************************************************* September from Kohls and within six months the zipper no longer stays together. ***** is not the manufacturer so I went through *** website to see if they would be of some kind of assistance. After contacting them they will not do anything for her. The only thing they said was it is past the 30 day warranty period and sorry. Obviously it has a defective zipper and now she uses a rubber band, which works better than their ***************** She spent 30 bucks which was way more than she could afford but thought it would last a good length of time. At her age, because she stays home most of the time, the purse still looks brand new.I noticed on this ******** page that the *** Collection has a rating of 60%; I can understand why.VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE PRODUCT AND THE COMPANY OVERALL.

    I placed an order with MKF Collections on March 30,2024 I never got my order . Usually a supplier informs me once it shipped and when it was delivered to my address. I never received anything. I also have Informed Delivery through my postal service that tells me when my packages will be delivered and I never got anything. After constantly contacting they they informed me that it was delivered on April 5, I never received my purse

    So on the 10th of April I ordered handbags for daughter in laws for Mothers Day. I seen on invoice I bought the wrong color. I asked them to remove the one purse and had already made an order for the right one. I received a email they cancelled the whole order. As of April 28th my **************** has not been credited. ******. I filed a claim with my credit card company with email of THEM cancelling the order. Wondered it anybody else has had this issue.

    I ordered a purse through this company on April 4th, 2024. Upon receiving the item I realized that the quality was substandard and I would be embarrassed to even give it as a gift. I contacted customer service about a refund and was told that I would have to pay the cost of shipping it back out of my own pocket. I argued the point that I shouldnt have to pay to return the purse since it was so cheaply made and not as described. I was emailed a return label and promptly boxed up the purse, took the box to a reputable business in my town that handles shipping, and then tried to contact JRL with the tracking information. Now my multiple emails are being returned as undeliverable, and nobody will return my multiple phone messages, much less answer the phone number listed on their website, social media, and online. I am also unable to access my account on their website and get a message saying that my email address has already been taken. Its as if I have been banned from contacting their business. The tracking information I have shows that they received the return of the unused purse on April 18th, 2024. I want someone to contact me on the number that I have left them on the numerous voicemails that I have left them on two different numbers. How can businesses be allowed to treat customers this way? I have bought MKF purses in the past, but after this experience, I dont intend to spend my money with this company ever again.

    Horrible customer service. Their customer support e-mail address does not work. "temporary delay" message keeps bouncing off my message. No one answers the customer service phone. Only option is toi leave a message. I left 4 messages and have yet to receive a response. Extremely poor customer service ! Very disappointing experience so far...

    This company has very poor customer service. I ordered the product on 3/20/2024 and never received. Tracking number provided shows that it was delivered however again I never received. I have contacted this company on 2 separate occasions with no response. You can only leave a message and you are cut off before you can complete your message. Again very poor customer service.

    I just received my collection today. I like the look and the size of the large bag. But, there is so much extra lining inside the purse, that it frustrates me. I am hoping the bag holds up well. It is really cute though.

    I believe that this company is no way related to the Real ************************* products. The problem is when you make an order, they may fill it. But, they are selling knock offs. They have all of the correct information for the real website but if you contact the real website they have no record of you or your order. Someone needs to investigate this physical address, website and their products. I am so tried of people taking advantages of others.
