      I ordered the product on line December 28th, (my order slip is in with my receipts page in my email). I never received my package. I filed a claim with ********** and bio nature sent Chase routing number and info. They found in favor of the company. I tried to contact Bio-nature but there doesn't seem to be any number that is a valid one. I sent an email to the same one I ordered from and I never received any answers or response. So what do I do now?

      I purchased the No More Eye Bags with a 30 day money back guarantee. Tried the product 3 times and it never did anything for my eye bags. I called the ************** number to get an RMA about 20 times, that number does not have service. Also, sent an email 3 days ago and no response.

      Product was ordered on 12/6/2022 as a Christmas present. It was shipped on 01/19/2023. Upon receiving the product and reading the directions, I decided to return it. Many phone calls over several days to obtain a return authorization were never returned. An email went unanswered.

      Product ordered 1/14/23 I was told I would receive within 7-10 business days. Order receive 2/4/23. Return policy had to be within 30 days. Which means I only had a week to trie it out. So I opted to return the product. You had to call a # to get a return authorization number. I called this # all week. Recording says leave a message.1800 837-3068. I have yet to receive a call back. I had 30 days from the time of purchase. Total amount 94.00. This is the worst customer services I have ever experienced.

      Ordered products in Dec 2022, which I received in Feb 2023. Tried to **ntact ** to return item as it arrived too late. No phone numbers or emails work for customer service. Order number is *****. New Age, New Era anti-aging regimen 3 piece set **st $125.55 and se**nd skin subscription **st is $80.55. I want to return this unused product and get my money refunded.

      I ordered from Beyond Flawless, NoMoreEyeBags on December 26, 2022. The order number is *****. On Jan. 17, 2023 I sent an email to *********************** came back address not found. On the 21st of ***** sent an email to ***********************************, came back address not found. Those were the email addresses provided by original order email and order confirmation email. Today, Jan. 27 I called the phone #************, and got message line, so I left a message. No one ever called me back. It was a monthly recurring order and I managed (I hope) to cancel future orders. All I want at this time is a refund. I am retired, on a fixed income and really can't afford to pay for items I don't receive. Amount is $85.58. Than you.

      I placed an order on 12/27/2022, they have charged my credit card, and I have received nothing or received any follow up from this company. I don't know if this company is still in business or they took my money and ran. I placed an order after watching a commercial on tv for their product.

      I ordered a product called Beyond Flawless, no more eye bags from this company on November 16th, 2022. I never received the product. I tried to email the address that sent the order confirmation to me but it was bounced back as incorrect.I called customer service and the woman took a message.       Ordered product from *************** where my account was immediately charged $95.99 on 12/21/22. It advertised **** day delivery. It has been 20 days and no product has arrived. I've tried calling customer service that gives me the run around by providing disconnected phone numbers and emails that don't get returned. This is unacceptable and I've noticed many similar complaints. Please investigate this company.
