      Please note that BioNature Labs, LLC also uses ********************************************************** address with same tel.no. as the **********, ** address.Said company advertises "Beyond Flawless" second skin on the internet as well as TV ads. On 12/13/22, I ordered two (2) Beyond Flawless Second Skin (nomoreeyebags); paid with **** gift ecard total: $186.16. Received *email confirmation order #***** from "********************************************************". Attempts (1) to return email "******* etc" were bounced back "failed"; and (2) to follow up re delivery to phone # ************ unanswered (not a working #); & to phone #************ were answered by a third party advising my inquiry would be forwarded to "customer service". No response(s) at all to date. I believe this company/product/advertisement is a fraud. *I don't know how to "upload" the confirmation email, but could mail a copy if needed.

      I placed an order on 12.23.22. The order number is *****. I had to **** down an email address because a lot of them bounced back. I had to **** down the phone numbers too. When I finally got through to the company, I told them I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. The order has been stuck in processing for a very long time. It is still time to cancel. I purchased an eye cream that my cosmetic doctor said not to use because it would conflict with my under-eye fillers. The number listed is a supposed customer service number. But when I speak to the reps, they say they have to send a message up to customer service. They pretend to take my information and send it up to the team. I haven't heard anything back, and I keep calling and creating new tickets for the order to be canceled. This company is very sketchy because they list a lot of emails that don't go through or doesn't return a reply. I feel like I have been scammed.

      I ordered No more eyebags and was charged on 12/03/22. Card number ending in xxxx. I tried calling the number on the site which proved invalid then sent an email from the site which is still in the process of "sending"! I asked them to respond with an email telling me whether they will resend or refund the charge $94.87 total including shipping. The email is STILL sending from their site. The email that I sent additionally from my email account came back as undeliverable as the email address was invalid.

      I ordered Beyond Flawless after seeing the advertisement on tv and have not received it. I feel as if I have been scammed. My confirmation email doesnt have ANY contact information for customer service, but did have an attached email to nomoreeyebags.com. Only one problem, you click send and it just spins & spins therefore NO message gets sent. After much internet research, I finally found a number to call connected to *************** and explained I never received my order which had been placed on November 29th, 2022. The male on the other end took basic info and then stated someone would be giving me a call back to resolve the matter as hes just answering service. I never received such a call. I called again a week later and got the same male, made a comment about how Ive yet to hear back and he was who I spoke with prior and he chuckled and said, It wasnt me you spoke with prior bc I would have remembered. My information was to be taken yet again and still NO response. Since then Ive read Bio-Nature Laboratories is not *** affiliated and has numerous of complaints reflecting mine. Id say do NOT trust this company!

      On 25 Nov., 2022 I ordered under eye bag remover that was supposed to remove under eye bags for $93.35. I never received anything or a refund. Order number was *****. The middle man who took phone call at the ************** was located in ******. The person at this phone number would say they would get a message to the company in **********. I left 3 messages, never heard back. I also sent emails to the "*****************************************" and never got a response back. The last person I talked to at the above number told me that they get many people who have called him saying that they were also scammed. I've contacted my credit card company to take steps against any further inappropriate behavior or problems from Beyond Flawless. Website *************************

      I purchased 4 sets of the " no more eye bags" for myself and for Christmas presents. The sale was for almost ****** dollars.I have not received anything from this company. I have called them 4 times and each time , I got the run around by someone who said they would relay the message to customer service and the last time I talked to someone there, they said there was a fire and they were moving things to another building.I tried emailing them also and got no reply.Today I called again and they say there was not fire.This company can't be legit. They advertise on television , so I figured they were. Now I believe they only know how to take money and give nothing.Total scam.

      Ordered the beyond flawless under eye cream on OCT 4th 2022...It did not work..I called so I could return it..Almost impossible to speak to someone..finally was told to send back..no return authorization was required.I also Cancelled this needless to say .I went to PO the next day and paid for return postage with tracking, They did recieve it back according to the tracking #..They never gave me a REFUND..I called my bank and the bank gave me a temp. refund till they find out whats going on. NOW....They charged my account again saying my package is on it's way....I wrote back an email asking if this was a joke....no response..I had to call my bank again...This COMPANY IS ONE TO STAY CLEAR OF...I AM CALLING FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM...************...BBB can only post complaints and arbitrate but not more. These companies should not be able to rip people off...
