      On **** I ordered flawless 2nd skin eye cream from bio nature labatories.. On the 24 my check for ***** was cashed. As of **** I still have not received the product. Phone# listed does not work we found another one , I spoke with woman who said someone would contact me within 24hrs, no one did. Sent 4 emails no reply. Called on ****, same story, will have someone call you. Pretty shady. I urge people not to order from them. Would like my money returned. ******

      I bought beyond flawless second skin on 10/13/22. the product arrived on 10/28/22. I tried the product once. I did not like the product. I went to the website to see how i can return it. they have a 30 day return policy. according to the website, you need a return authorization code which you can get by calling the 888 number or emailing the company. I called ************** and the number was not in service. Then i emailed the company three times and no response. i went to the website and i tried to email them at ****************** and my email came back undeliverable. I decided to call the 800 number that is listed to order the product ************** and of course someone answered. i told them i would like a return authorization code and she said she cannot do that but she would take down all my information and email the company for the code. needless to say, no response. i see this infomercial every night and it makes me so mad that there is no way to return the product. the order number is ****, price is $93.08 charged on 10/13/22.

      The transaction was on 10/03/2022 I prchased this product and it didn't work and the Company promised a money back guarantee. The phone number listed does not work and I can't get a hold of anyone to get refund authorization number. I'm going to send unused product back with out authorization number before timeline expires.       On or about August 02, 2022, I placed an online order for my wife, of the *************** advertised product, Beyond Flawlessshe was not pleased with the results, called and spoke with a female named *********** approved the return and provided an Authorization Code of ****as per their Return Guaranteeminus Shipping and Handling, The product and three GIFTS were returned; as per the Priority Mail, Signature Confirmation Receipt from the US. Post Office, the return was received and signed for on August 31, 2022; our refund was to be processed in ten [10] business days once received.Contrary to our initial call, our calls and messages now went unanswered and not returned; so, on October 1, 2022, using the *************** email system and instructions, an email was sent to ******** requesting our REFUND which had NOT and to date has NOT yet been reflected on our Credit Card. Instead of a REFUND, on October 2, 2022, the company RENEWED the Order, charged our Credit Card again. Seeing the Credit Card charge, we again placed calls which went unanswered and not returned; as such, an email refusing the Order, with a request they re-read the previous email and issue two [2] refunds.NOTE: The new and not requested Order was received on Friday October 14, 2022it has NOT been opened.We, would like our two charges reversed to reflect the two [2] requested REFUNDS [$85.38 x 2 = $170.76], and a Return Postage Paid Slip so we can return their unopened package to them.

      -I Purchased a product from this company called No More Eyebags on 8/8/22. -The product caused irritation to my eye area, therefore I cannot use the product. It clearly states on their website that they except returns for any products purchased.-After several email attempts to addresses, listed on their websites, that do not exist and several voicemails left on their business phone number, I was able to speak with someone that gave me an address for returning the product.-I followed the instructions for returning the product on 9/22/22 -I have been calling the company to assure they received the returned product and to inquire about my refund and I the mailboxes have been full for weeks and none of the email addresses on their websites exist.

      I returned the product on Monday by US Mail using the address on the form. I tried calling them, but the call does not go through. So I went online, and I filled out a questionnaire which I could not submit. I do not know why they asked for my credit card information again. They advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I would like my account to be credited for $94.65. *********** merchant ID *********.

      I ordered a product called "beyond flawless second skin" :from ************* website. On April 20th they deducted $93.75 from my account. **** days was the expected delivery time. It's been almost 30 days and I have not received my order. I have made numerous attempts to contact them but every phone number I call says their mailbox is full. The email listed on their website comes back as undeliverable. There is no way of resolving this issue with them directly so I am hoping you can help before I have to resort to contacting the licensing department.

      Date of transaction: November 24, 2021 Amount of transaction: $93.35 What the business committed to provide: The product I ordered I called the business on Wednesday, December 8th. I had not received a tracking number. A woman named ******** answered the phone and gave me the tracking number, but when I pulled it up on the **** website it had been out for delivery on December 2nd but returned for 'insufficient address' to the business. The last entry in the tracking is December 4th.I called the business back and told ******** and she said they had not received it but she said someone would call me later that afternoon, to resolve the issue and at the very worst they would send me another package with the product. I never received a call that day and on Friday, December 10th, I called back a number of times and no one answered, so I left a voicemail. I also tried sending an email to the email address listed on their website https://lilyherbs.com/beyond-flawless which came back 'email address can not be found'.Today December 13th, I called and their number ************ is no longer in service.The order number is ***** and the tracking number is **********************.
