**** Window installed windows properly. This is why I will give him a 2. As for all other aspects of the transaction were sub par. **** said he would do my windows that week after giving him a 50% deposit. Four weeks later the windows were completed. After waiting and calling, and empty promises for 3 weeks, we called on a Friday at 5:30 from a crowded place and told me he would be here at 7:45am on a Saturday. We were expected to get 2 inches of rain that day. After refusing to let me install my windows in the rain. They were done the following week.We also contacted him to do new modeling around 7 windows. I have never seen such a crappy modeling job. They over chalked every crack. They caulked nail wholes instead of doing wood putty. He promised he would paint the modeling and then told us his guys were not experienced painters. He considered the primed modeling finish. And my husband had to paint the modeling.This guys did not clean up well. I had so vacuum baseboard. And I found a nail in my two year olds bedroom from the job.
