    We have 6 months until it's been 3 years for us. In our first email it also says we get credit protection free. Well, we have seen no progress at all, we pay for letters and stuff to get mailed out, and we pay monthly for credit protection. We were told this could all be done in less than a year, MAYBE a little longer. A little longer??? As soon as our stuff gets canceled, I'll be the first to come back and report. As of now, we can do NOTHING to move on with our lives til this is done. We send letters to places that make it, but never get delivered and no information about it when we call on them. But yet we can never say anything about who is "helping" us to cancel this. Smh

    Clearly the reviews on this company is completely fake. I've been working with these people going on 2 years and nothing has been resolved. But they are paid Faithfully on time every month.

    We apologize that you are not fully satisfied with our services as we continually strive to provide the best possible experience for each of our clients. As we discussed with you on your contract call, this process can take up to three years to complete. We have assisted you in submitting complaints to multiple agencies in order to help provide a resolution to this matter. We understand your frustration as you want this to be over but as we advised in our contracts as well as on a recorded line during our contract call the process can take up to three years and we will be there to assist during that time. We can provide our contracts as well as the contract call recording as proof to this fact. Furthermore, our client reviews are all genuine and we would not stoop so low to put up fake reviews.
