      The last 3 months SGS Consulting has been calling my phone numerous times per day offering me a supposedly job. I have asked them numerous times not to call as well as I blocked the numbers. The calls continue despite me repeatedly asking not to call my number. I have spoken to a Lawyer, hoowever I was tols these calls are live and not pre recorded so the Lawyer is unable to help

      This recruiting company has been calling me for MONTHS, and for the same amount of time I have been telling them to stop calling, that I wasn't interested in their services, and to remove my name and number form their files. Neither has happened- they continually call DAILY, sometimes TWICE a day (calling in the evening). They have emailed me and I requested to be unsubscribed- which they did. But they continue to call and text- I also tell them via text to stop communication to no avail. I tell them that I feel harassed by them, and even asked to speak with manager, and just now AGAIN I got a call from them. I just want them to respect my wishes and stop calling/texting.

      This company asked for some really personal things all in the name of a background check, they wanted my year wages and is now asking for a bank statement, I was really interested in working the job they offered but this is more than I ever had to do for a background check.

      SGS will not stop calling as I’ve made multiple attempts to get them to stop calling me. I’m not longer a traveling nurse and have never filled out anything for them to contact me. I don’t know how they got my information. But I’ve talked to them, the callers supervisor and text. They all say they’ll stop calling and take me off the list but I’m still getting calls!

      This consulting company has been harassing me calling me over the last 3 days about 6-7 times, emailed me 5-6 times, and texted me 3-4 times. I block their number and they call from a different number. I told them to stop calling me via both text and email. I just want them to stop harassing me.

      This company has taken my rsum from a Job App when I was applying to Registered Nurse jobs last year and has been sending it out to others. I am an RN and I get multiple harassing phone calls per day about fake RN jobs that they are offering. I removed my resume from *********** in July 2022 however, this company is relentless. Nurses should not be getting scammed. They should not have access to resumes in which the applicant has not applied. This should be illegal to take healthcare workers resumes and harass them about fake jobs. I want this to stop.

      They did not accept responsibility for their actions and denied making repeated phone calls that I have proof they made. All phone calls have now stopped, however, nobody should have to make a BBB claim to make harassing phone calls stop.

      This company has sent out my resume to other companies and as a result, these other companies and this one keeps sending me excessive calls, texts, and emails daily. I have repeatedly told them and the other companies to remove me from their database. I never consented to them passing on my resume to these companies and I am highly upset. I know for a fact that they sent my resume to these companies because I have NEVER applied to any of them and I started getting all these excessive calls, texts, and emails after speaking with someone in SGS consulting. Also, I did not like my experience with this company. The person that contacted me wanted me to send my RN license to them and also ignored me when I told them that I am a new graduate. They kept sending me positions that I am unqualified for as a new graduate. This is harassment and it needs to be addressed. I sent an email out to them and have gotten no response.

      I see that *************************** has stated that they do not circulate resumes but I have had more ********** based companies with staff who keep calling me and I find it interesting how they all just so happened to sound like they are from ***** including the staff from SGS Consulting. Most of these numbers have ********** area codes. ************** asked for the companies that have been contacting me. And here is the list: Midas Consulting, Mindlance, eTeam ***** *******, Talent4Health, Softpath, Capleoglobal, *************, ****************, and *****************.

      This company is constantly calling, emailing, and texting me on a daily basis. I have asked on several occasions via email and phone for this company to remove me from their database and do not contact me again, but they continue to do so. The folks that call are definitely Indian based on their accent so I am not sure if this is a legit company or if it is an Indian call center scam that is very prevalent now.

      A recruiter from sgsconsulting.com found me on LinkedIn as I was open to job opportunities. He asked for sensitive information such as my last four digits of social security number. I stupidly gave him my resume and other information such as birthdate, etc..., but thankfully, not SS #. He claimed to be doing a background check. I called the hiring company (Biogen) and spoke to security. Appears to be a fraudulent operation.
