      Im february I developed an infection & spent some time in the hospital. After 2+ months I was finally starting to get better after being put on a med, which my doctor gave me samples for. I got a call from PFSP to set up a delivery date & time for this med. I specifically asked them if I could get this med at any other pharmacy & was told by the representative that they were the only pharmacy in the area who had this med. I was never told that other pharmacies do infect carry the generic version of this medication, something I would think they would be obligated to tell me. So, we set up a delivery for the med on a Thursday. I got a phone call shortly after saying they couldnt deliver it Thursday but could deliver it Friday. Friday came & they never delivered it. I never got a phone call either telling me it wouldnt be coming that ********** were already closed. Had to wait through the weekend to call and find out why my med was not delivered. In the meantime, I became sick without the med & had to go out & spend money on other meds to compensate. It took more than 2 months to get rid of the *************** its back again & worse than before. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone at PFSP, I was told it was a supply issue. We set up another delivery on Monday for the following day. Before hanging up I asked them to please be sure I would be getting it on Tuesday. If not, I would make other arrangements to try to get the generic form of this med with another pharmacy. I was told it would be in stock tomorrow & would be delivered on Tuesday. About a half hour later, I got a phone call stating the med wouldnt be in stock by then and Id have to wait until they delivered it on Wednesday. Tuesday morning I got a call stating that the med will likely not be in until Thursday, so the earliest I would receive it would be Friday. I feel like once they got my payment info they stopped caring whether or not I received my medication.

      PFSP is the Pharmacy HUB provider for the consignment program Carwin Cares.  As this is a new program for us, we did experience some product concerns initially and have fully rectified the issue.  We see that you did receive your medication on April 14, 2022.  All items are in stock as part of the program and available for same day delivery if you would consider filling with PFSP in the future. We have a staff of pharmacists on-call 24/7, if you encounter any further issues and/or have questions about your medication.
