      I received a puzzle as a gift, I put it together and it was missing 7 pieces and had one extra. I contacted the business via phone and email with no one getting back to me.

      I had gotten a gift for Christmas for my daughter. She is 10 years old. It’s was a nail polish set. When received the polishes were all dried up so I went got the my friend to send me a copy of the receipt and went back to the store to exchange. The second item has the same issue ( note the expiry date was in 2025) I decided to email the company directly and also call and left can back in January 2024 and still have not received any response. I have also msges them through their social media account where it was mentioned to me they would get back to me and till this date no one has.

      Purchased the 2000 piece Colorluxe nostalgia “Drive in Date Night” puzzle. It is missing numerous pieces including edge pieces. My friend and I have contacted the company via email and by phone several times. We have not received any response to the emails or phone calls. You cannot be a reputable company by providing sub par products, taking consumer’s hard earned money and not even have the courtesy to respond to customer concerns. This is unacceptable and I will never buy another Roseart or Cra z Art puzzle again. The more customers you tick off the more business you lose. The company should hire some quality control professionals and customer service representatives as there are tons of negative reviews for the very same issue that I’m reporting. They also need to show some humanity and integrity and learn how to treat people and run a legitimate business. Otherwise they should be shut down completely.

      On December 28th, 2023. I filed a contact complaint with Cra-Z-Art about the current puzzle I am working on. The puzzle is the world's largest jigsaw puzzle by ***** ****** pieces. In my complaint I stated that when I opened the box to puzzle number 14 titled **********************, it wasn't that puzzle. Instead it was puzzle number 27. So, I never received puzzle number 14 titled **********************. I kindly wrote the company asking them to correct the mistake. When I received an email back from the company finally two weeks later, I answered it to the best of my knowledge and gave the information they were asking for. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED BACK TO ME SINCE THEN TO LET ME KNOW IF I GAVE THE RIGHT NUMBERS THEY WERE LOOKING FOR!! I have made several more attempts to re-reach the company by phone and email but have been unsuccessful as no one returns any attempts I have made. This is extremely frustrating because I am so close to getting this puzzle done and would just like this simple mistake taken care of. I spent well over 500 dollars on the puzzle not to mention my time which is more important to me then the money. Will someone please correct this issue ASAP and please send me the missing puzzle 14 of **********************. The numbers I gave the company they asked for off of the box are APL35353LK0918. ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS THIS ISSUE TO BE CORRECTED!

      I ordered 2 1000piece jigsaw puzzles. The first had one missing piece and two duplicate pieces. **************** said theyd send me a new comparable puzzle if I gave them a list of additional info. I did and never heard back. I tried the second puzzle and it also had a piece missing. I notified them of this one, too. All this occurred the first weekend in January.

      I received a 2000 pc puzzle as a Christmas Gift. I got it a week before Christmas. We put it together after Christmas 2023. It had 3 duplicate pieces of other pieces in the puzzle AND 3 missing pieces! I have called and left two messages and I have sent two emails through their contact page on their site. Absolutely NO response. I request a replacement with a puzzle with all the pieces. They do NOT respond as they say they will within 2 to 3 business days. It has been more than that for sure. I have photos of completed puzzle showing missing pieces and extra pieces but cant get them to load.

      I purchased a Cra-z-Art jig saw puzzle at a local Target and have found duplicate pieces and would like a replacement. I have left 3 voicemails on their customer support line ************* and ************) over the past 2 weeks but no one answers their phones and no one calls back. I have also sent 2 emails from their contact us site. Again, no response. This was not an expensive puzzle but it has become a matter of principle that they need to respond. thank you.

      I placed an order on the Cra-Z-Art website on February 15, 2023 to which they immediately charged the credit card I used for the order. Since this order I have not received an order confirmation nor any correspondence from Cra-Z-Art. I have visited their website and using the Contact link left 2 messages still with no response. I have tried calling multiple days now and they never return calls left of their voice message system. I found the name of a couple of the organization leaders and sent one an email and also tried to call his desk and again no return calls or emails. It is impossible to get in touch with this company and they do not respond to any type of inquiry. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company about this transaction but hope this complaint will protect other consumers from making the same mistake I have made with placing an order with this company.

      I purchased a Cra-Z-Art puzzle at a retailer in *******. I completed the puzzle but there was a piece missing. I contacted the company the first week in September. I filled out the online form and got an email from ******* in Customer Support promising to send me a replacement puzzle within 4-6 weeks. After 8-9 weeks, I emailed them but got no response. I telephoned them 3 times and had to leave a message every time. No response. My latest correspondence to them earlier this month was another email simply asking that they honor their commitment to replace my puzzle. I receive no responses. I have a copy of the email correspondence.

      purchased this Braid Bead and Twist for my grandaughter for christmas. We have tried 3 sets of batteries and the item does not work. I have left over 3 messages, and send atleast 3 emails to them with no response. This company must be a fraud if they cannot get back to a customer in over 2 weeks
