This shop is fraudulently pricing things as they go. I let it slide in the past but today was just too much and too many people are being ripped off. The staff has zero explanation for their pricing and seems to come up with whatever they want in the moment.Their bagels are listed at $1.45 each. Today I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. The price, according to the girl, was $3.95. A literal $2.50 more or 3x the price listed. When I asked she said, "I don't know I just work here." The other worker said $1.45 was for the bagel alone. Sooooo that makes cream cheese $2.50???? Basically a topping is twice the price of the actual food? Not possible. And nowhere is it listed, nor is cream cheese alone $2.50 for the small smear it takes on a bagel.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. I once asked to NOT have bacon on a breakfast sandwich because I don't eat mean so they tried to charge me $2 more to NOT have bacon because bacon was included. This is insanity. They have an entire chalkboard menu with pricing and nothing ever is the price they charge yet people don't pay attention. I've had it. I have overpaid for a year.

    Re: *********************************

    Dear ******:

Thank you so much for your feedback on our business operations.  We appreciate customer feedback very much and we work diligently to improve our business operations on a daily basis.  Bagel Station, is family owned and operated for 35 years, so we take great pride in our products and our customer experience.

    In response to your complaint:

Issue #1  Bagel without cream cheese  $1.45; Bagel with cream cheese  $3.95

This is indeed the pricing so it's correct.  The prices are clearly outlined on our menu board which is in full view of the customer.

Issue #2  No meat on a breakfast sandwich- over charged

Our menu allows for customers to customize their sandwich to their liking.  So, if you do not want meat the prices adjust accordingly.  If you were charged for meat, I apologize and I would be willing to refund you the difference.

I hope this clarifies some of the issues you had with Bagel Station.  If you need to discuss these issues further, please call Bagel Station and leave your name and number and I will get back to you.  Thank you for being a Bagel Station customer, home to ************ Famous ***********************, and we hope to see you again soon.  ***************************, Owner/Operator
