BEWARE Horrible customer service. I was told I could buy the slab directly from them but I had to call back and speak to ****. My fabricator and I tried several times calling and **** was never there or too busy to come to the phone. We also left messages with no call back. This went on for two weeks I showed up at the warehouse and **** was there but appeared very uneasy. He acknowledged that I was the one looking for a certain slab. I waited as he finished taking care of another customer then he preceded to take care of another customer that came after me knowing I was there waiting to speak to him. I asked if he would take care of me and he preceded saying that they usually dont sell slabs but there are some exceptions but I would have to wait to speak to the owner who was away in ****** and not returning until the following week. So I waited that entire time there and the two weeks prior to learn that I had to wait even longer to speak to the owner.the issue is not that I have to wait, the issue is being transparent about how long I have to wait so then I can decide if I want to wait or move on. When I persisted he invited me outside to talk and provide a quote which was ****** priced. Not sure was his agenda was but his business dealings left me feeling very uneasy. I will not do business with this company

This company does not provide an adequate service to their customers. Very dissapointed with the installation of the granite and craftsmanship. I placed an order to have a bathroom countertop installed. It was not written in the contract that the services provided does not include installation of choice of customer's vessel sink. The installation of a vessel sink service (customer choice) along with the installation of countertop was done for us 2 years prior. The prices for the materials were marked-up considarably. The product is subpar. I paid for the merchandise and service and did not receive the service that I paid for.

Consumers beware of marble.com. I purchased a very expensive quartz countertop from who I believed to be experts in countertops and installation The team that installed my countertop was a 5 man crew with what must have been summer help at minimum wage. The installation was so bad glue and epoxy were all over my recent remodeled cabinets and not only were the sloppy they broke the cabinets in several places. As bad as that was they also did an AWFUL job on the counters itself. The pieces they had to put together did not line up abd the seam not only was over 1/8 wide they used an almond color fillers on a white quartz counter. They sent someone out to "fix" the issue but he showed up with a utility knife and spent hours trying to scrape the epoxy out. As a company that only sells countertops I would think they would have the appropriate tools to address. After failing to fix their mess we were told the counters were fine and I swear you can't make this up. They said it was an "optical illusion" And PS i still don't have the check for the damage they did. As bad, horrible, amateurish the install was, their mgt team is an even bigger joke. I was told I needed to talk to to the sales director who apparently is the only one in charge. His name is ****** And I have tried in vain to get a response from him after 4 emails and 5 voicemails All in all a horrible experience and I would have been much better off going to lowes or ********** I would have saved money and their mgt trans would have resolved my issue. If anyone would like to see the pictures of my disaster pls reply to this post and I'll gladly email them. Final words. Run away from them as soon as you can
