I purchased a refrigerator from this company and it stopped working in 3 months and when I contacted them and gave all the proper details for my purchased they told me my refund check was in the mail and to wait 21 business days for it to come in the mail and not to contact them before that time frame was up so I waited patiently and no check ever came 30 days later so I reached out to them again and was told the last batch of checks were delayed and to wait another 30 days please help meBusiness response

I purchased a microwave from this company the microwave went out after a few months well within the warranty period I went through all the process they asked me to they said I was do a refund but refused to issue me a refund a check or replacement they just keep saying they will get back with me with the resolution but never do anythingBusiness response

I purchased a Galanz garage ready freezer in Nov of 2023 at ******. After 3 months and few days the freezer stopped working. I contacted the Galanz warranty customer service and submitted all their requirements. They accepted the claim and told me they would mail me a refund check. They then told me a check was in the mail and I would receive it no later than April 8th and I was to contact them if I did not receive it. I did not receive it and I have been contacting them multiple times to tell them and they keep telling me they will look into it and get back to me. They keep giving me the run around saying they will get back to me. I have emailed and called them so many times. I still havent received any mail with a refund from them. I have all docu and emails. Purchased a product (microwave) and it failed in 4 months after purchasing. Filed a warranty claim which was a process. Several request and multiple email forms of communication were documented. They finally approved my warranty claim and was supposed to send me a check for the amount of purchased microwave. Still to this day I have not received anything. Claim number was #unit165590 This was purchased as a gift to my sister and shipped through target. The warranty check was supposed to be made out to me as I was the original purchaser. $36.46Business response

We are sorry for the delay in your refund. We have issued the refund on 4/23/24 check number 35028. Once issued the check usually ships in a day or two and then takes the standard mail time to arrive. I have confirmed it was mailed to the address in the BBB complaint. I purchased a fridge from Galanz Americas LTD. CO for $640.23 in October 2022. In June 2023, the fridge started to have cooling issues. The refrigerator no longer cooled the unit, even on level 5 (the coldest mode). I contacted Customer Service on July 31st, 2023 and gave them all the required information to process a refund. On August 2nd, 2023, Galanz Americas' Customer Service wrote me an email stating the following: "We are glad to inform you that your refund check has been issued by our bank. Please allow 21 business days for transit via the ** ****** *******. If you have not received your check by 9/01/2023, please let us know so that we can further investigate." They have, in fact, never sent the check. I have emailed them 15 times and called them approximately 10 times since August 2023. They never resolved the case and have never allowed me to speak with their billing department. I am reporting this company for fraud, scams, and bad business practices. I request that my refund (which was promised by the company in August 2022) be sent via electronic transfer immediately. I contacted the company because the freezer doesn't work on Jan 24, 2024. My original ticket number was ****** but somehow it got changed to ******* I provided all info requested and they advised that 2 separate checks were issued to me but never arrived. I found out later they sent to wrong address. I gave them the correct address which was correct in my original email. Now for weeks the customer service people are telling me that they will contact me once the billing dept contacts them. I have tried to ask for a supervisor but they make promises about him calling me back but they don't follow through. I call every few days with no results. If you want the email I can forward to you. I purchased a dorm size fridge from Target and I purchased the additional warranty. The fridge is now making noise , I called the warranty place and they keep giving me the run around, today they said all the checks that was sent out was returned bk from the post office, I asked was the address on it and postage that would be the only reason it would be returned. She read the address to me which was correct, so it makes no sense why the post office would return all the checks bk to the sender. The check was supposed to be received on the sixth of March, I still haven't received it, nothing but excuses one after another.Customer response

My situation with not receiving my money has been resolved although I didn't receive the tax along with the full price I paid, I'll accept it. Thanks for the help

I bought a Vissani refridgerator from ********** 11/10/2023. It started making loud noises less than a month after bringing it home. Opened wannaty case# ****** on 1/8/2024. Sent them receipt pictures and audio of the refridgerator via email as they requested. Kept a call log of me asking for an update on when the tech was going to be out. After 2 weeks, they realize they don't have my address. 1/25/2024, they say they don't have a tech in my area to service the warranty and will be issueing a refund. Waited 21 bussiness days as they asked, then they said the check didn't get out on this batch. Waited another 21 bussiness days. Then they said the check didn't get out on that batch either. After pushing them to escalate, they come back on the line and said the system is down, but they department said the check did get out. Never received it. Now they are saying it was lost in mail and they are working with ***** This is the excuse U get each time I call now. Called Galanz 3/19/2024 and they just left me on hold for 45 min. Today marks 70 days without a refridgerator. Galanz has essentially store over $400 from me.Initial Complaint

I purchased a mini refrigerator from ****** and the fridge stopped working within the last 6 months. The product is still under warranty so I reached out to file a claim with Galanz - the company responsible for warranties with this fridge. They accepted the claim and told me they would mail me a check. They then told me a check was in the mail and I would receive it no later than March 6th and I was to contact them if I did not receive it. I did not receive it and I have been contacting them multiple times to tell them and they keep telling me they will look into it and get back to me. I am not sure how difficult it is to check to see when something was sent out, confirm it actually was and take an action from there. They keep giving me the run around saying they will get back to me. I have emailed and called around 5 times since the communication on the 6th of March and have all of my documented emails.Business response

In August of 2023 I moved my daughter into her college dorm. When we unpacked her dorm fridge we noticed the crisper drawer was broken/cracked. My wife immediately filed a warranty claim with Galanz. Claim #******. I have called Galanz customer service 8 times for an update and have yet to get one. **************** chat give me an answer as to where we are in the process and tell me there is no one else I can talk to, they will send the department an email and I, in-turn, win receive an email with any updates. No email has ever came. We are now 7 months after the claim was filed and the crisper drawer replacement hasn't been sent and no update has been sent. I would like the crisper drawer replaced or a total refuns and I'll go by another one.
