    Would never use them again. Terrible company that gives you a run around till you give up and accept defeat, that they won't give you your money back

    Buyer beware. It took Galanz 22 days to fix our freezer! We purchased a new Galanz Freezer/Refrigerator Model GLF11US2A16 on January 22 2023 and registered it on the Galanz web site.On January 21, 2024 we noticed the freezer temperature was 42 degrees Fahrenheit. We contacted Galanz Americas **************** and were told that we needed to provide them proof of purchase as well as a variety of other documentation, including pictures. We also needed to complete a questionnaire which included a description of the problem. We immediately complied with the request, that same day. All the food that was in the freezer had to be thrown out and Galanz customer service stated they were not responsible for the spoiled food.Galanz assigned a ticket number to our issue. We followed up with calls to Galanz and were unsuccessful with getting a resolution. Finally on October 27, we spoke with another Galanz customer service *** and they indicated that they needed a picture of the label from inside the freezer, on the left side, under the second shelf. They never mentioned that in the initial conversation or follow up calls. If they needed additional information wouldnt you think someone would contact us and request that?The customer service *** also gave us two options:A refund check for the freezer, which would take several weeks and we would have to dispose of the freezer, at our expense.Request the freezer be ***aired which could take about two weeks to be completed.We had read good reviews on the freezer and decided we wanted it ***aired. After many calls and emails back and forth, Galanz finally agreed to fix the freezer as it was under warranty. The ***air staff came to our home on November 9 and completed the ***air. We have never had such poor customer service from any ********************** we have dealt with.

    We purchased a Galanz 11 cu. ft. freezer online through ****** on 2/6/24. The unit was delivered on 2/9/24 and was working as advertised. On or about 8/26/24 the unit began making an intermittent grinding noise. On 9/6/2024 we noticed the unit was not cooling and food was thawing. On 9/9/2024 we contacted Galanz customer service by telephone and received warranty claim ticket# ******. We were offered an option of repair or a refund and chose to receive a refund. Via email, on 9/9/2024 we received a request for a description of the issue, copies of purchase documentation, pictures of selected labels and confirmation of specific informatIon. We responded on the same day with the requested information/documentation. On 9/10/2024 we received an email and responded immediately to a request of confirmation that we wanted a refund. On 9/12 and 9/16/2024 we received emails requestIng information that had already been submitted on 9/9/2024 but provided the information again. On 9/17/2024 we received an email advising that our refund request had been forwarded to the refund department. 9/19/2024 we were advised by telephone that the refund process could take up to 6 weeks. On 10/15/202 we requested an update by email and Galanz responded the claim was still in process. On 11/4/2024 we contacted ****** for assistance. ****** warranty department immediately spoke with Galanz and responded that the refund had just been released and we could expect a check shortly. We then received an email request from Galanz to confirm the name and address to appear on the refund check, which we provided immediately.Our conclusions are: Since Galanz never asked to have a service techie confirm our issue before offering a refund, that this is a frequently recurring problem. It seems obvious that Galanz is simply deferring payment of refunds as long as possible to preserve cash.

    We purchased a Galanz 1.6 Cu Ft 3-in-1 Air Fryer, Convection Oven and Microwave with Combi Speed Cooking Feature, Sensor Cook, Inverter,TotalFry 360 Technology via Walmart.com.The unit worked for less than a year. BUYER BEWARE! The unit does not last. Although a few dollars cheaper than *******'s combination unit, this purchase was a big mistake. The microwave won't work, beeps, shuts down, and shows error message Er30. The customer service representative could not give any helpful troubleshooting help. They don't provide replacement units, which I think supports their expectation of premature failure. Buyer beware!

    With all these negative reviews and bad customer experiences. Why all these big store like bricks, ********** etc continue to sell ******* products. Almost a year now (2023-12-06), I am waiting for parts under warranty for a microwave. Different version each time. They have the guts to tell you they understand bla bla bla...The authorities should band this brand.

    GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Absolutely garbage products and customer service. I have had 2 broken fridges in less than a year and am waiting on a refund for well over a month now!

    DO NOT BUY ANY GALANZ APPLIANCES**** The worst customer service and warranty. I Purchased a convertible freezer/refrigerator 10 months ago. I lost over $500 worth of food ruined.****** They are not fulfilling their warranty. Here is the email that was sent to me " Thank you for contacting Galanz customer service. We value you as our customer and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with the unit.

    Purchased convertible freezer/refrigerator 6mo ago at ******* Opened the door 10 days ago and saw over $500 worth of prime cut meats ruined.Have been told each day since I reported it 10 days ago that I would get a call from the tech. Every day I waited I have not received a call. 5 emails and ten call, and they are not fulfilling their warranty.The freezer is garbage, like the ************ they bought.Stay clear from their products!!!!
