    I brought my car to the shop on January 13, 2025, after the check engine light came on. The diagnosis revealed an issue with the oil pump, which is not a pre-existing condition. I am disputing the denial and requesting that this matter be resolved as promised. Customers should not have to fight to get approval for repairs. My car has been sitting in the shop since Monday, January 13, 2025, and this issue could have been resolved by now.The car has not been neglectedoil changes are performed regularly. Whether the vehicle was driven 200 or ***** miles since the purchase of the contract should not matter. These things happen, which is exactly why customers purchase plans like this. When I bought the contract, I provided a photo of the dashboard showing no check engine light. A few days later, I started the car, experienced a phantom overheating issue, and saw the check engine light come on and then go off. That is when I brought the car in for service.I still have not received the denial letter I was told to expect, but I need this expedited. It has already been nearly a week.

    I am rejecting this response because: the company approved my claim after fighting with them, back and forth for days, then after approving the claim they canceled my contract. What a scam this place is.  they also did not pay for the whole claim, like the bolt needed for the drive shaft, oil, that they had to drain to change the oil pump.  Stay far way from this company

    I took one of the ************ plans to safeguard me against anything unfortunate that might happen to my 2013 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. I have been paying my premium since July 2022 and never had any issues. A few weeks back I noticed some issues with my car including some liquid spilling onto my rim along with some more issues. I took my car to the Audi dealership and upon diagnosis, they found a few issues and suggested some repairs.1.) Upon inquiry I was told by the Audi dealership that the Claim for the axle has been denied due to some technical reason, I have been driving my car normally, with no accidents, no rash driving, and all and no fault of mine, I am not sure what more I could have done except for taking the car to the dealership as soon as possible and as soon as I noticed something with the car 2.) There is a difference of about $1000 USD in the hourly charges as well as the number of days etc. required for the repair between what warranty is approved and what dealership rates are I took ************ for my car based on ****** Reviews of your company as opposed to other companies out there who are not that great.I have been a loyal customer since July 2022 and want to continue being one. I would appreciate it if something can be done as a resolution and help me out as I am stuck with my car at the Dealership ****************** and the dealership is not willing to hold.With no fault of mine I am suffering, I took a policy with you guys and NOT others as your ****** reviews and word of mouth and your sales represented seem to have told me while selling the policy that you don't have to worry about anything, also reviews about you were good on ****** but my experience has been really really bad so far. NO ONE SEEMS TO BE HELPING ME OUT REQUESTING IF THE ISSUE ABOVE CAN BE RESOLVED AND HELPED OUT FOR ME.
