    Do not lease from Panco Mangement there is no process to resolve disputes and the onsite staff is worthless. We are sixty days out from our new lease and still haven't been provided with the new leasing prices. You cannot reach the office they refer you back to the onsite office who has no answer on when the new lease prices will be distributed. The fire alarm always goes off with no one onsite, elevators are always down, and the front desk people do not conduct rounds. They leave the doors open because they are too lazy to grant ****** to outsiders very serious security risk.

    I live at ************************* Apartments and my 16 pound dog was attacked by a huge part pit bull dog who lives a few doors down. There are also 8 people who live in this one bedroom apartment. I called Management and they said there is nothing they could do. I had to use my rent money to pay for the vet and have since paid my rent, although late. I alerted management about this and they said fine. Now I am being charged a $150 late fee but cannot pay this until October. They are now starting the eviction process. I have lived here for over 12 years and have been an excellent tenant. I am pretty sure it is illegal to have an aggressive dog on the premises and 8 people living in a one bedroom apartment. These people have since moved and I have no idea how to *** them for my dogs pet fee . Panco has been harassing me every day for the late fee. I think due to these circumstances my late fee should be waived. It is the properties fault my dog was attacked. I am also *** an apology for the stress and bullying I have had to deal with.
