First of all this Business is shady when I first got a vehicle from them they promised me a 2016 Range Rover Evolque the mileage was wrong. And the pricing was wrong. they totally alternated my Finance loan and many other altercations was done upon attempting to purchase the vehicle also, the car had 2 big cracks in the roof I noticed after almost buying the car, then the check engine light came on SMFH. I brought the car back to the dealer to be fixed because the bank told me to bring the car back in ,prior to that I fixed the brakes and put oil in the car The brakes was totally Unusable Squeaking and scraping. There was no oil In the vehicle, not even windshield wiper fluid was in the car I had to put a whole gallon of windshield wiper fluid in the car smh! I also had to change out the windshield wipers the rubber was coming off of them ???????then come to find out the car has been sitting on the lot for over 5 months the car wasn't serviced since the car was purchased back in 2024 when the *** ****** decided to print out the car fax papers the Range Rover just has a whole bunch of unnecessary problems upon purchasing the vehicle all they did was turn the Sensors off with a machine and they tamper with the mileage on the cars (FRAUD), so the story gets worst, then they held the keys hostage after they were suppose to fix the car then stated "we are not giving you the car back until the bank gave us payment " I had to get the cops involve because I put insurance and registration on the vehicle and all!! And they didn't want to give me back the car keys, mind you I put down for the deposit $4,500 they were telling me my deposit I can't get back they can only pay me back $2,500 the rest they are keeping which is Illegal now I have no car I took out insurance for the car and paid for plates and registration so all together they robbed me over $3000 please don't get a car here THEY ARE FRAUD AND CON ARTIST TO GET YOUR MONEY VERY SHADY BUSINESS!!!!Business Response

This client came to see the car the first time on 3/1/25 checked the car test drove it and liked it and left us a deposit she came back on 3/7/25 checked the car again left another deposit then on 3/15/2025 she came and purchased the car finance and AS-IS there was nothing wrong with the car. When she picked up the car it had ***** miles on the car the same miles on the bill of ale from the Manheim auction and the same miles on the Carfax and when she brought the car back it had ***** she put 472 miles in one week. She then would not finish the process with the bank we spoke to them a bunch of times they told me every time she called she would change her story one day she wanted the car the next she did not want it so she was driving a car that was not paid for she breached the contract we asked her plenty of times to finish the process she refused until the bank canceled the loan on her and the car had to be returned and she was charged for the miles and damages to the car and we refunded her the balance. we gave her every chance to finish the process she refused to do so we told her we did not have another bank that would take her.Initial Complaint

I bought a vehicle from this dealer auto trader wholesale in ************, ********** January 2023 two weeks after I bought the vehicle I advise theres something wrong with it its making me sick theres pollution coming inside. They told me theres nothing wrong with it I took it to two Audi dealers. They also told me there was nothing wrong with it. I am also looking to *** them I was hospitalized twice from inhaling all that pollution Because they kept telling me theres nothing wrong with the vehicle. I finally took it to someone that knows and is an expert in exhaust systems and car is in shop getting repaired right now and had a huge exhaust leak on the flex pipe. I am looking to get all my money back, at least and more from these dealers because it was affecting my health and probably couldve killed me. It affected my sons health and my wifes health. Also every time we got on the vehicle because they told me it was safe and there was nothing wrong with it.Business Response

The customer bought the car from us the car was in great shape he brought it by we didn't smell anything or feel or hear anything wrong with the car we also set up an appointment for him to bring the car so we could have someone else see the car for him he canceled on us when we offered that as well. He said in his complaint that Audi didn't find anything wrong with the car as well we sold our car AS-IS exhaust issues are regular maintenance if we cant find the issue and Audi the people who make the car couldn't find the issue what are we supposed to do? The customer was erratic on the phone with me one day threatened to physically assault me when telling me about this smell I couldn't smell myself cause all I said was that exhaust repairs are not expensive anyway if it is something with it its a maintenance thing in closing we sold the car AS-IS we tried to help him what else are we supposed to do.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
That is not true. They were not trying to help me at all. I notified them two weeks after I bought the vehicle theres supposed to be warranty for ****************************************************************** The owner never called me to take it to their mechanic. Yes I did cancel once and it wasnt to see the mechanic was to go speak with the owner and I had to cancel due to work. I was busy at work, I went to the shop spoke with the owner. He said he was supposed to call me on Monday. He never reached out to me. They got me blocked. I have no way of reaching out to them. They are completely lying and their statements are false I wanna proceed with a complaint , I spent $2500 already making repairs on a car that was supposed to be in good condition. I also want them to cover the medical bills hospital bills that I need to pay but I got sick from the car inhaling all the pollution.

Everything i said was the truth he admitted it himself he said we made an appointment so we could check the car he canceled he told me himself Audi found nothing wrong with the car he went to some other shop and called me when he was telling me how much it was going to cost it didn't make sense he got mad for me questioning him and threatened to break my head its 100 to 300 dollars to fix a muffler leak normally but we found nothing wrong there was ************ leak sound or smell and if Audi themselves cant find anything then what are we to do and we sold the car AS-IS anyway he has paperwork saying he bought the car as-is and even if there is a exhaust leak that's a maintenance thing a regular repair the car drives perfectly no lights just a smell that Audi couldn't even find he didn't purchase an extended warranty on the car it was sold AS-IS thank youInitial Complaint

I drove about 90 minutes on Labor Day to see a 2009 Jeep Liberty for my 16 year old daughter. I spoke to *** on the phone and he seemed very nice. I stated I needed a solid safe vehicle for my ************************************************************************* the ad. On site I noticed stains on the ceiling by the sunroof. I asked if it leaked and I was told the previous owner must have left it open because it doesn't leak. I also heard a small exhaust leak underneath and was told it was just be a minor fix and maybe cost $200 to $300. Tires were worn in the front so I knew I would need new tires. I ended up buying it, *** seemed nice and honest enough. The next day we got some rain and the roof leaked like crazy. So I brought it to the jeep dealership near me and had them look it over. The roof drains were clogged and had to be cleaned..$300. The exhaust leak was the cat converter rusted...$2500. There was also a transmission leak because the transmission pan and lines were rusted... $1100. Didn't see that under the jeep because the dealership said they must have let the fluid go as low as possible so it wouldn't leak. Battery was dead 1 week after getting it home ..$200. The next day or so I hear a low hum road noise on the right front wheel at 40 to 60 mph. It progressively gets worse. Wheel bearing.$600x2. 1 week later low coolant..the radiator has a leak...$800. Text *** with the issues and he said he would talk to the owner and see what he can do. I wait a week or so and no response. So I finally had to call after almost 4 weeks for the title so I could register it and get it inspected. I asked about the status on helping me with some of the repair . He said let me talk to the owner he has been away and we can split the repair cost. I told him it would be fine..meet me half way on repairs. No call back. They wont answer my calls.Business Response

I'm sorry to hear this Sir the customer came in we showed him the car we heard the exhaust making a noise we are very honest we don't hide anything from anyone the car drove perfect there was nothing leaking from it when it was here the car is 10 years old you would expect some repairs which he knew and expected when he bought the car we gave him a huge discount the other repairs he is speaking about he went to get the car checked he did not bring it back here for us to diagnose ourselves he went to the Jeep dealer I guess and he was clearly over charged for the repairs the trans pan and lines the parts are 170 dollars the sunroof vents being cleaned is just air being blown through a compressor its 50 bucks tops if he brought it here we would've helped him with it we gave him the discount we gave him to help him with the exhaust leak. He was clearly over charged at the Jeep dealer for these repairs if he we cant pay for him being over charged for repairs that he knew the car needed when he bought it we sold him the car as-is we offered him warranty he declined to purchase it he got the car for a very good price .
