    MAY 19, 2023 -I purchased the car on Friday May 19th.-On my way home, the engine light turned on so I called the *********** said he would have a mechanic look at it. MAY 20, 2023 ************************ Control) light came on in the ******** car's electronic system began limiting the car's output to the point where I could barely go above 50 miles an hour. The car would also occasionally turn when I came to full stops & even once while the car was in motion. I notified the dealership again to which I was advised to "put super gas in the car & put octane boost..." (This is documented through text)-I did not take the dealer's advice since there is no related advice in the car manual & I don't want to be liable for any attempts to fix the car on my own. Instead I decided not to drive the car until the mechanic could look at it.MAY 23 Took it to the mechanic that the dealer who told me it was just wiring & they took care of the issue. I drove home thinking the problem was solved.MAY 25, 2023 -I am driving to work and the engine light turns on again!-I called the mechanic who said me to bring the car back in so he could look at it again. So I take it back to the mechanic (the same mechanic the dealer sent me to before) & after looking at the car again he says the car needs a new Catalytic Converter. I relayed this information to the dealer that sold me the ********** said they can pay half the cost of the repairs but the rest would be my responsibility.-I decided to go to another mechanic that I know & trust just to verify the diagnosis. He looks at the car &confirms that I need a new Catalytic Converter but he also noted that the car also needs an oil change which the dealer never did & the previous owner had an aftermarket exhaust installed which will not pass inspection. The ***************** had me driving ************ weekly & waiting hours to be seen just to tell me they fixed the problem when they didn't. Also paid 3k in prep fees Salesman: ******

    We sold the car ASIS we even tried to help he bought the car a year and a half ago. when we sell the car ASIS we are not responsible to make repairs but we still tried to help the customer exhaust things are routine maintenance that can happen at anytime.

    I recently visited this business and I had a pleasant experience. Although I didn't buy a car from them any questions I had regarding the condition or pricing of the car were answered.
