I have used them before and found them to be reasonable with price and quality of service. My last repair was simply to replace the interior of a toilet for about ******. Binsky replaced a water softener installed in my home. 3 months later the water softener broke down and dumped water in my basement. Binsky sent one of their plumbers out to troubleshoot the unit and agreed the unit was broken and promised to replace the unit they charged me over $3,000 for. They have yet to replace or pick up the unit. I made several attempts to resolve this with Binsky. The have multiple people call to hear the complaint and the issue was never resolved.

After speaking with the customer and examining the installed equipment, we identified a manufacturer-related problem that was causing the issue. Further more, we took the necessary steps to uninstall the equipment from the customer's residence and provided her with a full refund equivalent to the amount she had paid for the water softener. I have been a customer of ********************** for awhile now and after an incident with one of their drivers, I will never use their services again. Despite complaining to the President and two different managers, I have yet to hear anything about how the situation will be handled. One of their drivers tailgated me with their brights on because I was going the speed limit on a 2 lane road in **********. The brights made me go slower because of the glare. I had the state police on the phone the entire time to give them a description of the vehicle once I was able too. The driver passed me once the road turned into 2 lanes and held his hand on the horn and cut me off almost hitting my front end. The van sped off I was unable to get the plate. All I saw was that it was a Binsky truck with a ladder on the roof. My son was in the car with me panicking and nervous we were going to have an accident. NOT A **** THING WAS DONE ABOUT THIS BY THE COMPANY THEREFORE I WILL NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN AND MAKE SURE TO PUT MY REWIEWS ON EVERY PLATFORM REGARDING THIS. Very unreliable service. We have multiple plumbers coming in and spent $5000.00 but issues are still not resolved. This plumbers are not experienced and confident. **** gave us extreme stress in spite of spending money they claimed. Many times they quoted one price and the unreadably increased by $1500.00 we did have to escalate to the CEO/supervisor to resolve. Binsky is not a reliable plumbing company so be careful engaging them for your plumbing issues.
