My Husband and I bought a 2024 *** 740 I X Drive . We still can not drive this car , although we still have to pay this car note ; because the car is still not registered. Its been about 2 months already.Business Response

We have resolved the issue and the vehicle has been registered. The last delay transpired due to the client owing state taxes. In ** they will not process the registration of a vehicle until taxes are paid. They have been and car is registered.Initial Complaint

This is the worst dealer ever. I purchased the car in Dec 2024 ( 2024 Mercedes GLS450 ) and paid extra $1540 for unique certification bundle. under the assumption that it had undergone a thorough inspection and met manufacturer or dealership certification standards. However, after taking possession of the car, I discovered multiple issues that should have been addressed before the sale.The problems include:Damaged tire rims Dents on the body No windshield wiper fluid Low coolant level These issues clearly indicate that the vehicle was not properly inspected and reconditioned as required for a vehicle that I paid extra for certification bundle. This misrepresentation has caused me financial and emotional distress, as I now have to deal with unexpected repairs and maintenance that should have been covered in the certification process. On 12/1/2024 I contacted unique Auto Mall regarding the cancelation of a warranty service that I purchased on 5/13/2024. The car was total loss in a car accident on 7/29/2024. After settling with my car insurance they asked me to contact the dealer to canceled this warranty. I contacted the manager, alex t***, at unique Auto mall on 12/1/2024 and he instructed me to contact Shelby b**** in their accounting department. I contacted Ms shells y b**** on 12/2/2024 and submitted all documentation to her via email. She responded back on 12/9/2024 saying g that she received the request and she was going to processed the request. I allowed 6 weeks to transpire in order for the process to complete according to their instructions at the dealership. After six weeks, I started to contact Mr I*** or Ms Shelby b**** without any success or return email or phone calls. This attempts to contact went for two weeks everyday for two weeks and Mr Aaron or Ms Shelby b**** never contacted me back. I call alpha warranty service to find out what was going on and the informed me via email that they never received a cancelation request from the dealer regarding my contract # *************. I been trying to visit, call, and email all contacts at the dealership and I don't get any response. I saved every email regarding this issue and I'm ready to provided to you. I need to solve this problem because they have $3,200 that should be refunded and they are not trying to help me with this situation. Thank you.Initial Complaint

on 12/5/2024 i pirchase a 2015 ford mustang gt and was not told it was missing a catalytic converter and also had a tuner, multiple engine coded stored in vehicle ecu, missed fired in cylinder eight. oxygen and map sensor. fuel and air ratio making vehicle stalled due to emissions violations void purchasr warrenty. has no inspection sticker. On September 23rd, Unique Auto Mall sold me a car without having the cars title or proper documentation. It has been 3 months since I bought the car, and I have been paying car insurance and car payments on a car that can not be driven. Since there is no title for the car, I can not get the car registered or inspected, making it illegal to be in the street. When the car is parked in the street it gets tickets and when I have to drive the car, cops are pulling me over and saying the car looks stolen. I would call Unique Auto Mall numerous times a week and they will not pick up the phone which forces me to inconveniently go there in person. I went there three times, and they lied to me twice telling me that the cars title would be ready in two weeks when they had no idea where it was. This entire situation is highly suspicious and I do not want to continue on paying for a car I can not drive.Initial Complaint

Oct 26 i financed a *** 2018 with *****. I gave him $1500. The minute i drove the 02 sensor came on the next day I noticed the engine mount was defective the car needed a paint job something I didn't notice because when I did the test drive the car was covered in dirt. They refused to fix the 02 sensor because according to them it was already touched by my mechanic. The engine mount and half the paint job they had no issue with. I live about 2 hrs away so getting there mechanic and paiter to take care of the issue is a hassle.. They refuse to take the car back even though I've only had it for a week.Initial Complaint

On 10/19/2024, we (******* ***** & *******, ******** *****) signed a contract to purchase a Ram 1500 Limited (see contract attached). On that day, we submitted a $1,000 deposit and were charged a $40 debit card fee. On 10/21/2024, we wired the remaining $30,000 due and were charged a $30 wire fee by ******** bank. On 10/22/2024, we were informed that the dealership did not have title to the vehicle purchased. The previous owner had lied on their contract, and owed $7k more than was indicated in the contract. When the dealership sent to the payoff to the bank, the bank rejected the check for insufficient funds. The dealership never followed up with the bank and did not realize they did not have title until all funds from us were received. We talked with the sales associate and manager and requested a full refund be provided via wire, including all fees charged, and provided wire information. We request a confirmation of the refund wire be provided once initiated. On 10/23 we called the sales associate, Levar Davis, and requested an update. We were sent to voicemail. On 10/24 we called Levar D. and were sent to voicemail. Informed them that if no confirmation of refund was received in 5 days we would be contacting New Jersey attorney general and involving an attorney. We called the front desk and left the same message. On 10/25 received email requesting address and name for refund check. We provided and requested tracking number for the check. No response was received. 10/28 no funds received or tracking number for refund check.Initial Complaint

I purchased a used Range Rover Evoque 2020 on 09/28/24. On 09/29/24 the car would not start. The doors would not open so The dealership then had a locksmith come out on 09/30/24 to unlock the car. He then proceeded to boost the battery. On 10/09/24 the car didnt start again. I contact Allstate roadside assistance. They jumpstarted the car. I contacted The dealership and explained to them that I needed to bring it back. I spoke to a manager ***** *****. I then proceeded to tell him the issues with the car. He explained to me that he would contact their mechanic to take care of the issue. I Told him that if they couldnt resolve the issue, I wanted a different car and ***** agreed I told him I couldnt keep stressing about the fact that it wont start or that it would leave me stranded somewhere and he said fine but that the issue should be resolved by the mechanic but it was not! I also told him that I would have to rent a car and that if they can reimburse me for that, he said he would have to find out, but they never did. I took the car back home and on 10/15/24 The car did not start again. I contacted roadside assistance with ******** for the third time so they can issue a tow truck. The tow truck then took the car to the dealers mechanic. On 10/19/24 the car was returned to me by the mechanic. He said he fixed it. On 10/24/24 the trunk wouldnt open I brought it back to the mechanic, but he said he cannot look at it until he gets an OK from the dealership. I contacted ***** at the dealership On 10/24/24 and it is now 10/26/24 And I have not heard from him. I emailed him I texted him and I left him a voicemail. I have been contacting him because he told me to contact him directly. Today is 10/26/24 And the car does not start again. My car is sitting in my driveway dead! My first car payment is due on 10/31/2024. I need the dealership to make this right and give me another car that is in working condition. Please help.Initial Complaint

**** sent check to dealership, even though they had a bank check in hand, they demanded a wire which the bank doesnt do for car loans. Locked in a stale mate, I decided it was too much effort and drama and just told them to cancel the deal. I need the check back to send to the bank. Calls arent answered or returned. DEALERSHIP IS REFUSING TO CANCEL MY GAP INSURANCE BEFORE MY 30 DAY CANCELLATION RUNS OUT LEAVING ME STUCK WITH UNWANTED INSURANCE. I WAS MISLEAD BY FINANCE MANAGER SEBASTIAN V***** THAT THERE WAS A REFUND OF ALL MONIES PUT INTO GAP AS LONG AS IT WAS NOT USED. THIS WAS NOT TRUE AND I WANT TO BE RELEASED FROM THIS GAP INSURANCE CONTRACT.
