  This is the worse experience Ive ever have I went to buy a car and I put a deposit and never and on the deposit document says none refundable on delivered vehicle ONLY and couple days later I changed my mind about the car for couple reasons wishes Hidden fees and dealerships fees and I called to get my deposits refund and I was told I have to lose 3.5% of the total amount of the vehicle because they marked it as sold for couple day and till now I havent get my deposit back

  My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare, highlighting a culture of deceit and a ***** lack of accountability. My salesperson, *****, epitomized the dealership's corrupt ethos. He was evasive from the start, routinely deflecting my questions to the finance department without ever providing any direct answers.After purchasing my car, I discovered that the *** was malfunctioning. ******* response was merely to direct me to Manufacture dealership because it was under warranty, showing no intention of assisting further. Even more frustrating was the issue of the missing second key. ***** ambiguously mentioned, "if we have it, we will send it with the license plate." No key ever arrived, leaving me with empty promises and no direct answers.Post-sale, ***** became utterly unreachable. I made *********************************************************** as per the 'we owe' form, only to be met with rudeness and neglect. My calls to the manager were equally fruitless, never receiving a callback despite multiple voicemails.Ultimately, I decided to purchase the missing items myself from the manufacturer due to the dealership's failure to fulfill their promises. This dealership, with ***** as their frontman, operates on manipulation and evasion. They will say anything to make a sale and then vanish when held to account. I urge potential customers to steer clear of this establishment unless you are willing to be another victim of their unethical practices.

  I feel like this business really took me for a ride. I was in the market for a 2020 ******* Palisade. Unique had one for sale for $30k. Initially, I felt it was kinda odd that this car was in the lot amongst other high end luxury cars. Nevertheless, I purchased it in cash. They gave me temporary plates and said the real plates and the title would be ready in a month. 5 months later, they finally had my plates and my title. I drove around from June to November with expired temp plates. Thankfully, I was never cited by law enforcement. During that time, the rear brakes were so worn, I had to replace the brakes and rotors. I couldn't get any restitution from Unique, and I had to find a mechanic to replace the brakes out of pocket. A year later after purchase, the car wouldn't start intermittently because of a faulty starter. I took the car to ******* and they stated that my car was "branded." They're not sure why it's branded, but it could be any off these issues. Engine rollback, water damage, total loss, you name it. Thankfully, after replacing the starter and a few fuses, the car seems to be running good. I've read other reviews on ****** and Yelp, and this business has swindled quite a few people.

  I bought a car from them and also gave them an extra **** for their unique auto mall warranty or whatever they call it, which they did not hold up the end on it was supposed to be 45 days any issues they will take care of it second week of owning car i take car to *** for oil change etc they tell me a bunch of stuff is wrong with engine i bring it to Damon ********* was told they will not be fixing it because repair cost more than warranty now i have a car that wont pass inspection and am stuck wit spending more money out of pocket to get problems addressed after paying for their warranty

  I'll start by saying the sad thing is they have really nice cars... The problem is they misrepresent the final price in advertising and charge extra fees that make no sense. The dealer "certification fee'??' What is this for? When I asked, I was told it was to make sure the car passed inspection, my car was a 2020 and didn't need inspection! I've heard this includes a warranty? Then why try to charge extra for an extended warranty? Every wheel on the car had bent wheels that had to be repaired as well as tires replaced. I was offered one tire for my trouble after a visual inspection.Stay away from this dealer, the overall experience is horrible. If anyone is familiar with the movie "Boiler Room", you will understand what this place is like. Look else where for your car, it's not worth the headache they will cause you.I shake my head at dealing with them. I'm happy with the car because thankfully there was still the new car warranty available to utilize.Purchase at your own risk....

  Purchased an automobile from them. We are now coming up on month 3 of not having plates, registration, and title. Every time we call to check on the status we are told someone will get back to us. No one ever calls back. This place gives you the run around. No one seems to be knowledgeable about the process of getting plates, registration, and the title of the car. The seems to always have an attitude when you call to inquire about the status. Stay far away from this place. They will take your money but not deliver.

  I was hesitant to come as I've read several bad reviews. After contacting them and expressing my concern, I was connected to **** the ****ral Manager. He took the store over in January of this year and he has overhauled their entire operation. I cannot speak for what was before him, but after making my purchase I promised to leave this review. The lot looks incredible. They have hundreds of luxury cars. All well kept, and neatly lined up. I was explained that the majority of the staff is new and came over with ****. Everyone was pleasant and professional. There was no pushiness, no pressure and respect given across the board. I worked out a great deal on a 2022 *** X7 and got approved for financing at a very low rate. I mean as low as you can get in this day and age. I am beyond thrilled with the service, product and presentation. I am looking forward to doing more business in the future. Thank you to ****, ****** and the team for a very pleasant transaction.
