If your looking for a **** poor attitude and NEW 3.5 ton condenser/handler unit that is clearly undersized for your **** sq foot house, then this company is for you!!Had issues from day 1 with the new unit and every year afterwards for 6 years. Unit constantly short cycling 50 times a day on hot days. Then I'm told, "the 3.5 ton unit is too small and you need a bigger 5 ton unit to fix the problem, I gave you two quotes you should've picked the bigger one". Ok..... so he installed the same sized smaller unit knowing full well it wasn't gonna work properly....and yup you guessed it, my fault. After recommending this company to plenty of sparta residence for propane/gas conversions (you all know who you are)..... Find someone else. At least you will get the right sized unit.

Hello what **** is not telling you is that this goes back to Aug 2016, I have been working for the family since **************************************** **** was a 3.5 ton a/c totally too small for this residence under high load conditions the system would run all day and never reach set point temp. **** knows this in winter of 16 his furnace need to be replaced but he hired another company who rebuilt the entire unit, when his A/C died that summer i provided 2 quotes to him, 1 for direct replacement of the 3.5 ton or up grade the system to a 5 ton but he would have to replace the furnace as well, he chose the 3.5 ton we had even discussed adding another system to the upstairs to be located in the attic because the 3.5 ton was too small, its 7 years later and it still has been the exact same **************** has been going threw some hard times and i think he is just looking for a fight, As i told you before i wish you and your family well,
