The countertops came out nice, but the team that came out to install the countertops caused considerable damage to both walls on each side of the counter and separated the frame of the cabinets from the wall. They also cut the piping that connected the food processor rendering the appliance unusable. My wife and I consulted with two independent plumbers who stated that they should not have done so. They were also very messy and left considerable debris under the sink. When reaching out to customer service, I spoke to a gentleman named Georgi who was very abrupt and suggested that this was incidental damage. I then asked to process a claim through their insurance which they refused to provide information on. Eventually, they sent a field supervisor who stated that he was bothered with several aspects of their work and he offered to spackle. We are still unhappy about their work and considering how to proceed.

Be careful of this counter top company. I was deceived. It made me crash. I went to his company on November 5,2021 and made sure to ask for a whole piece of counter top. Later, I visited the company and confirmed that I asked for a whole piece of counter top again. when Temp I also a reminder that a whole piece of counter top is needed. When the counter top is installed on Saturday, December 4, 2021, my counter top is 5 small pieces to assemble my counter top. they never told me my counter top with many junk pieces assemble. Moreover, the company was closed on Saturday and the service could not be contacted. pictures show three junk pieces front of the sink, two junk pieces back of the sink.Progressive Dimensions **********************************

Dear Mr. *** As you stated, our ****************** is closed on Saturdays, but our General Manager did return your call and spoke to you Saturday to discuss your installation. Our General Manager thoroughly explained your seams and why it was more beneficial to fabricate your countertop this way. We also fabricated and installed the stone you specifically chose in our remnant yard for your countertop. We have tried numerous times to contact you about your project and the different ways we can accommodate you, but we have not heard back from you via phone call.

Their company came to my house inspection and just planned to change two pieces into one. In this way, my counter top still is composed of four junk pieces stones.I disagree, Progressive has 25 years experience, they should disclose and recommend for customers fabricate drop-in sink and undermount sink. Moreover, I asked for a whole piece counter top at least three times.

    Customer Response

    12/15/2021

When they fabricated, Progressive company with 25 years of experience should realize that no one wants a counter top composed of multiple stones, which is a general consensus, not to mention five small pieces for my counter top is only 25 square feet.
