Our experience with Progressive Dimensions was frustrating and unprofessional. After multiple showroom visits, home measurements, and negotiations, we received a final quote of $7,250 for quartzite countertops, including a $250 discount after owner review. Based on this, we paid a deposit and signed a contract. Then, out of the blue, they claimed a mistake in the quoteraising the price by 77% to over $12,800. At no point were we warned the price might change. Their explanation didnt add uphow did the salesperson, manager, and owner all miss such a huge error? Only after we made financial commitments did they decide the price was wrong. When we pushed back, they offered a mere 10% discount, still far above the agreed price. We even offered $10,00038% higher than the original quote and more than a competitorsbut they refused, insisting on the inflated price, calling it a "very popular stone."While they didnt cash our deposit check, the process wasted weeks, disrupted our renovation, and forced us to start over. Mistakes happen, but their lack of accountability and professionalism was disappointing. If you're considering them, bewareeven after written confirmations, they may still change your price. This was one of our worst customer service experiences, and we strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

**************** we discussed multiple times, one of your quotes had a mistake in it. We caught it within the hour of the paperwork being sent out to you. We admitted to the error and took full accountability and responsibility. Progressive Dimensions has been in business for 30 years and have grown to four stores. We take pride in both our exceptional customer service, workmanship and staff. Unfortunately mistakes do happen and due to that mistake we were willing to drop the price by 15%. We did our very best to accommodate your negotiations and were very close to you accepting, but the stone you chose is an exotic stone which factors into pricing and we simply could not go as low as you wanted. We have a lot of material in the price range you were looking for and have even quoted you on some of them. I am sorry about the mistake, our entire company has been trying to assist you with many apologies and other solutions. Quotes are not contracts, we did not have anything signed, we did not deposit any monies. We called you immediately to let you know about an error that occurred during the quoting process of one of the stones you chose and have been trying for days to rectify this situation and apologizes on multiple platforms. We are deeply sorry about the mistake in one of your quotes. We have taken extreme measures internally due to this error. Please accept our apology and we are always here should you ever need anything, do not hesitate to ask.

Thank you for your response. However, we feel it doesnt fully address our concerns. While you claim to have caught the mistake within the hour, that was only after we had already received a final contract (I have screen shots) and made a financial commitment (we gave you a check) based on the price you provided. At no point before that were we warned that pricing was uncertain or subject to change. While we understand that mistakes happen, the issue isnt just the errorits how it was handled. A 77% price increase after multiple weeks of discussions and confirmations is not a minor miscalculation; its a major oversight that caused significant disruption to our renovation. Your attempt to correct the mistake with a modest discount still left us with a price drastically higher than what was originally promised. Even when we offered a significantly higher amount than the initial quote, you were the one who refused to work with us.We appreciate the apology, but it doesnt change the fact that we lost valuable time and you refused to take financial responsibility for the mistake. If you truly want to make this right, you would have honored the agreed upon price. On top of this all, when we submitted a negative review you posted three fake reviews to suppress our valid complaint, which is wrong. We hope that in the future, you take steps to ensure that customers dont find themselves in a similar situation.
