            2/16/22 I have finally gotten in touch with a processor who informed me that there were a few pages that still had incorrect information, in my confusion I told her the issue may have been resolved with incorrect address as i have already sent in a replacement copy for a few of them. Not knowing which copies she meant i asked for her to make sure she was sure about this because a representative had informed me of a few things to correct. ************ then began to yell, i asked calmly why are you yelling at me she replied she was not very loudly and also repeatedly said "No processing, No processing", I replied ma'am may i speak with your supervisor she said you do not need to then i repeated may I speak with your supervisor. She then put me on hold and hung up. I then retrieved the correct information and sent it in by email to *************************** to which i have gotten no reply since. I have been calling and emailing since yet no response and no service, after months of waiting to be serviced. now im being stonewalled this could be a matter of discrimination but i do not know. I just want the issue resolved so i can move on, but they know what they are doing is wrong and do not care.

            My employer is using this company to verify dependent eligibility to be on their health insurance plan. They sent out a letter with a list of required documents to send in. I sent everything they asked for and instead of verifying the eligibility of my disabled son, they said I only sent partial documentation. I didn't receive any communication about what was missing. We only have 6 weeks to complete the process or my son will be kicked off my insurance. They have not responded to any of the messages I have sent via their website even though it states they will respond within 2 business days. They just keep added more requirements. I feel that they are using underhanded tactics to try to kick off as many people as they can from this insurance plan. I would give them zero stars if that was an option!
