This Zcrave is a terrible site my shoes and pants took almost 2 months to arrive, it's from *****, and the painful thing is the price is very expensive: rip off that I almost forgot I ordered from them. I did not intend to pay so high for the *****-made, Secondly, because the shoe size was small I tried to return the item, but it was impossible.Review from Tina P

Absolutely terrible. I warn everyone not to ever order from here. I spent $788 for my birthday outfit on 10/15. Paid for express shipping. On 10/19, still no shipping confirmation and customer service says I will receive confirmation in ***** hours. 4 days later, still nothing. By 10/23 I demanded a refund that I am still waiting on. I truly believe this site is a scam. They only seem like they arent because the pictures of the items are beautiful and expensive, however, they are shipping from overseas but you cant tell. Save yourself from losing your money with them and look at all of their reviews. Silly me didnt look up reviews until after the fact. Shame on me.Review from Irina N

In order to return an item they charged 10%fee plus $15 for return shipping label. Dress size was wrong and cheap quality.Review from Daniela B

Placed an order via their website and got an email confirmation as the dress is available in stock . But 3 weeks later I did not receive my order. I called the customer service at a ******** number listed on the website. I was told they did not have my dress and did not bother to email me letting me know or to refund my money. I check the website today July 5 th 2023 and the dress is still listed as available for purchase. Called the customer service again to let them know why they have the same product listed for sale it not availableI was told that could be a glitch . That glitch everyone can get tricked and spend $419 for the same dress. On July 1 at customer service told me that it will take 3 days to get my money which I did not get my refund. Called them again today and said that they will refund my money - in amount of $419. Meantime I shall file a credit card dispute as doesnt seems to be a credible trusted website. They advertise dresses they dont have just to take people money just like they took my money. If I placed and order and forget about it they will never refund my money. Wonder how many people are in the same situation. Thank you !Review from Leanne H

Absolute garbage, rip off site. I ordered a white and pink set, was sent a wrinkled beige set. So now I'm out $400 plus $140 for shipping. SHUT THIS C*** SITE DOWN!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. REFUND? HAHAHAHAHA...GOOD LUCK!Review from Deirdre D

They state online that they give a refund within 30 days, but they do NOT give a refund to your card, they will only give a "Refund" to STORE CREDIT!! It's so misleading and such a lie! I'm so disappointed in this company.Review from N R

Please shut this place down or ban it from selling anything. I bought a dress which was too small. I returned it. Never received credit or refund. **************** is non-existent (email response is a cookie cutter, wash rinse repeat) and could not get my money back for something not worn. I had to pay for restock fee. Their return policy is only for credit but nothing on the site fits properly. Again, I received no credit or refund. Disputed charge with my bank.
