      I placed an order 4/25/23.. after waiting for way too long for the delivery, I tried to track my order on the boxed.com site. There was a message stating they were in bankruptcy but any order placed before a certain date would be shipped, which was my situation.. I never received my order but they surely kept my money. Now, I have no way to get support.. no phone, no email..no service. I will be filing a BBB complaint asap. I am requesting a full refund for an order placed and never received.. $54.69

      I am being charged for an item I never received. I made multiple attempts to contact customer service and they are refusing to respond. I either want my money back or be sent the missing product.

      This complaint for an order that I placed on March 22, 2023 with boxed.com. After almost two weeks I finally received an email from them on April 3, 2023 stating that my order was shipped. The emailed contained two tracking numbers from ***** because my order was coming in two seperate boxes by April 5, 2023. But on 4/5/23 I only received one box only some of the items that I ordered. My whole order was $120. I only received 5 of the 14 items that I ordered which only amounted to about $40 of my total order. I checked the tracking for the other box on ***** and saw that I was suppose to get the second box the next day which would have been April 6, 2023. But then on 4/6/23 I get an email stating the box was delivered in **********. So I called ***** and was told that my package was delivered back to boxed.com because of some sort of damage. I've never had so much trouble receiving a package from any other company. I emailed boxed.com about this matter. I haven't heard from them with a resolution to this issue. I'm not very confident that they'll respond to me or even try to replace or refund me for the items that I didn't receive. They need to be held accountable for their very poor customer service. It's clear they don't care about or value their customers.

      I had a trial run for 30 days my trial is up tomorrow, I'm trying to cancel I've emailed 2 times now and no response, even though it says I cancel anytime through email only? They need a customer service number where I can call and get an immediate cancelation..

      regarding order #********* Our company ordered the 10 inch ***** everyday paper plates with the bright green & purple flower pattern for a very special company CEO engagement party. We ordered these because boxed.com was the only place that had this color pattern in 10 inch plates. We added them to our cart along with 20 oz bowls without a problem & paid. Instead of this color pattern on the plates, we received ***** plates with an ugly *********************, blue & orange color pattern which DOES NOT MATCH the decorations of the engagement party. THESE PLATES ARE SO UGLY THEY MAKE ONE VOMIT. We did not receive any notification from Boxed that these were no longer available. If we did we would have canceled the order. Now we are stuck with plates that cannot be used for our corporate event. We request a PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL so we can return them to BOXED.com for a full refund including sales tax. We have already filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As business owners we are also prepared to contact other businesses in addition to social media platforms so that we may share the poor business practices on the part of Boxed.com which placed profits above honest commerce. we appreciate your **************** so that we may arrive at a complete resolution of this problem which occurs more often than is reported by the consumer.regarding order #********* Our company ordered the 10 inch ***** everyday paper plates with the bright green & purple flower pattern for a very special company CEO engagement party.       It looks like one of our team members replied back to the customer and provided a return label as requested but the customer did not send it back to us. Please also note the following in our Ts & Cs: https://www.boxed.com/terms-conditions (8. Information and Product Descriptions) In an effort to help resolve this, we went ahead and issued a refund back to the customer's payment method.

      I tried ordering from boxed two weeks ago. I put in my credit card information it went through and then my order was canceled right after, mind you I am pregnant and trying to order food for my fianc and I. It is now two weeks later and with every email I send a different answer is provided. I am beyond frustrated with this company and there failure to actual help there customers. Again today I tried placing the order having to go through the website each time to pick out the food because it didnt save to my cart, spent hours going through everything for my order to go through and went through on my credit card just for it to be canceled. I have not been given a straight answer since day one.
