I've been a customer since COVID. Initially prices were comparable and in some cases better than others. Shipping was very quick. I noticed prices creeping up in the best year. Their prices were higher than Amazon on most items and we all know Amazon even runs higher than local at times. I decided to place an order when they had a great sale. My orders have always arrived in less than a week. ALWAYS! Well, 8 days in and no update on the order. Website only states "processed" as it had within hours of placing the order. Sent an email to **************** and expressed concern. Asked for a cancellation due to delays and lack of update. No response. Sent another email 2 days later. Stating I would be seeking resolution through PayPal since they had not responded. Still no response. 6 hours later I only received an email that my order was shipped. Fully ignored my request to cancel. I will never use the company again and strongly advise others to stay away.

Extremely poor customer service...contacted them by email (no other options) repeatedly to query stagnant order status with no response. Tried twice to cancel...no response again. Around the sixth email, finally got someone's attention and my order cancelled. There was an almost identical complaint 8 months ago. Apparently customer service is not a priority for a company whose business relies on it.

I am having a terrible time with this company. I ordered a good amount of products on March 18th, anticipating delivery in 3-5 days **** Given the fact that I was to bring Easter candy ordered to a nursing home for an event, I was sure to give enough time. After 4 days, I checked the tracking... "sender created label" well wtf!? I emailed them to see what was up, NO response. Ok, I waited 2 more days, same message on tracking. Called **** No info available because they don't have the package. Ok, I've spent so much time with this, I emailed them a bit more assertive message, requesting immediate refund, as I had to run to Target to purchase the items I never received. They responded that they were investigating but never refunded me. I emailed again, still... 3 weeks later, I'm out over $100... DON'T ORDER FROM THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I don't know what to do.

I found this company to be a "BIG" disappointment. In good faith we placed an order with them and we never received it. They used a carrier, Laser Ship which has a "red flag" alert with BBB and who is known for questionable delivery. Which was my experience. I relayed my concerns To BOXED and requested another delivery service. They refused. Well my concerns were right, I never received a delivery. In investigating BOXED, they two had a "red flag alert", the same background history as Laser Ship. I also attempted to order from BOXED some years ago, and the outlook was grime. In all the things I ordered that time 3/4 of my order was damaged, I only received two items. In watching their Ads I thought they had changed, THEY DIDN'T. I found a lot of "questionable" clues. They had a telephone number on their website, which was "not in service". When I mentioned this in my complaint with them, I noticed that the telephone number "disappeared" from the site. Then when I requested this order be returned to them, they wrote back telling me they had "intercepted" this order from LaserShip and that it was coming back to them. That was a lie, because LaserShip received the order, and according to LaserShip they attempted to delivery this order at app. 7:02PM, and couldn't deliver it, even though we were home. This is another Lasership tactic they can't NEVER seem to deliver the packages. BOXED sent this order despite my objections and even after they said they had intercepted the package and that it was coming back to their warehouse. THAT WAS CLEARLY, UNTRUE. When companies perpetuate these kind of negative scenarios it is a clear sign that there is something quite SHADY about them. I would advise everyone to read the reviews about BOXED, and LASERSHIP, before you take a trip with these companies you will regret later. Second chances with these companies seem to give the same results.
