      This car dealer is fraudulent. I purchased a vehicle from them out of state sale and received the vehiclein horrible condition. I had to file a police report, had to contact the lender and other obstacles that made me waste a lot of time off work making me lose more money just because these fraudulent dealer they still have not provided registration or plates . Buyers beware

      Please be advised that ****************** bought a 2022 ****** Supra from our dealership. A third-party transportation company was dispatched to make transportation from ** to **. Vehicle left our facility in excellent condition. Any damages during transit does not fall on us; this is why we investigated further and made a claim for the customer with the transportation company who damaged the vehicle during unloading car. Claim number and Report number were both forwarded to ****************** and was also advised that an adjuster will be contacting her to inspect the vehicle. Unfortunately, for out-of-state titles, registration and plates the process can take up to ***** days turnaround time, it depends on the state. Many dealerships do not make out of state deals because of the that and customer is aware of this because according to the boyfriend before purchasing he had contacted two different dealership in ******** and they refused to sell him the car as soon as they knew she was located in CA. We have provided temporary plates and registration to the customer. As the selling dealer we have provided the buyer with all the tools needed for this matter to be resolved; In the other hand, all we have been receiving are falsely accused calls and messages from the customer, her boyfriend and her attorney.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      The dealer had over 30 days to provide registration and plates and still have not . The registration is expired now and having issues with insurance company because of that. Also it took them over 30 days of receiving the vehicle to file a claim and nothing has been done yet. Also the dealer charged me a ***** fee on top of sticker price because supposedly they sent the car to ****** to get inspection on everything.  That is false ! There is no records of that. After speaking to a dmv officer it was brought to my attention that the dealer never paid the taxes or registration fees in ********** which they are committing tax fraud. This dealer is a fraud and yes damages were made by towing company but not all .

      Nothing but problems with the vehicle since purchased and it hasn't even been a month. Vehicle had to be taken back for repairs within a few days of purchase and repairs weren't all done. ****** handled the purchase and was extremely rude when I called about the issues. Several messages to him addressing the issues not corrected and zero responses. They also had me sign that a 200 point dealer inspection was done on the vehicle with a charge of $3,995 for it and it clearly wasn't done or all the issues would have been caught before they put the vehicle out to sell. The inspection wasn't done on the vehicle which all the repairs done after the purchase and proves they're nit inspecting vehicles before the sell them. I am owed back this money for services clearly no done. They need to fix the remaining issues not done.

      3/8/22 i found a audi a5 0n line went to the dealer to buy i gave them **** doller and a 2019 jeep after leaving the dealer i notice the car bouncing all over the road call and told them the this car is not safe and i dont want it because of that they told me to bring thr car to audi dealer so they can look at it he as **** from ther dealer want audi to see whats wroung with the car so he can fix it when i went to the the dealer they told me that their is a gap in my car fax report and it looks like the car was in a flood i call and told them i dont want this car because its a flood car the car broke down at the dealer from water damage it leaks water though the door all control arms no good treansmission makes nose when change gears gas door dont open and the car shake from time to time when sitting in it or driving at low speed i gave then a lot of opportunity to fix car i bring it to the dealers friend in ****** ********** tock it to the audi dealer 3 or 4 time they didnt want to pay the dealer the price to fix hed me with out a car for 15 days without a car and when i got the car it still was NOT FIX PLUS THEY MESS UP ALL MY I NFOMASION ON PAPERWORK AND LIED ABOUT MY EMPLYMENT my credit report dosing show this car so my credit score fell over 100 points plus they didnt pay off my jeep untril 4/11/22 way after i told them i dont ***** this car it not worth the price and is a flood car i even try to have my bank repo the car from them call the cops but they wouldnt come out because they or busy and this wasnt an emergency

      Dealership sells financed vehicles & also vehicles that can be purchased with cash through private sale. I was sold a vehicle by a senior sales rep & provided a temporary plate & told to return the next day to pick up title. After purchase, sales rep provided excuse after excuse regarding the title & eventually stopped responding. I returned to the dealership & spoke with the owner who told me there was nothing he could do & I would have to resolve my own situation with his sales rep who allegedly stopped working there. I was left with no additional information & am now stuck with a vehicle with no title that I cant register nor sell. I filed a police report with our local police who advised me to l report this to the BBB while I await further investigation. Officers at local police department told me they are dealing with multiple investigations regarding the same dealership & have reported multiple incidents to the BBB themselves.

If the customer purchased from ********************** Motor Cars and has his documents from Autopia Motor Cars then we'll definitely rectify the situation. What's the customers name and what's the vehicle he/she purchased so I can try to locate them in our system?
