    SRS collection agency out of ***** has been calling my work, and the threatening my coworkers. They should only be calling one number and that is my cell phone

    I am not reliable for this debt with Personify and do not have a contract with SRS and Associates. They did not provide me with the original application like I asked.

    I do not know who this business is but they called me twice and my brothers looking for me asking for my personal information and informing me that if I do not seek legal counsel I will be forbidden to do so. I do not know who they are and surely do not owe anyone money. They have harassed my family. I received no paperwork or court paper.

    This business called my wife's phone about a "personal matter" and left a message. When I called them back and asked to speak with the person who left the message they would not transfer me. Then they ran my the phone I was calling from (my land line) and told me they have no record in their system for that number and asked what number they call me on. When I asked what type of company it was again they refused to tell me just a company that handles personal matters. The lady was extremely rude and ultimately refused to tell me why they were calling. This is, like many other complaints this was looking for a relative that I have not seen in 12 years. They are just calling anyone who might be related and harassing's us.

    This company has stated that they are coming to get my nephew at my address. This is terrifying and I do not want them to call, come near my home or anything else.

    I am getting calls from a company SRS at *************. I believe it's a debt collector. I get 5-8 calls per day. I spoke with someone and advised them I would call them when I was able to discuss payment but now they are calling my work and relatives out of state that I don't know very well. I would like them to stop harassing phone calls to my extended family. I don't know who else they are calling to reach me but it's not ok for them to repeatedly call people they think are related to me.

    I have been harassed by phone by SRS and Associates for several weeks now. They call nearly daily. I do not have any debt in collections. I own my home which I refinanced less than a year ago and have no other debt. They refuse to give me information. They request information and continuously leave messages from different people at this company.

    ****** continues to call our phones at least 2 times a day, she calls friends, our minor childrens phones, in laws that we do not event really know well. We have sent messages that we are in the process of filing bankruptcy but she will not stop the harassment. We have been embarrassed enough. She needs to stop. I will not give her my social security number and I will not give my financial information over the phone. She will not give me a physical address to send anything to. Please make her stop.

    I am continually being harassed as well as my fianc and son. They keep calling but refuse to disclose proof of debt. They use phone numbers of ************ and ************.
