    I brought a car from this dealership 2011 ********** Jetta with a 30 day warranty while under warranty the cars transmission began to slip very badly I returned the car under warranty to the dealer for the problem to be rectified. The next day they called me back to pick up the car saying they couldnt find anything and only hooked it up to their car scanner. No mechanic or any one with the proper knowledge looked at the car just them and their scanner. Now my warrant has expired and the same problem exist. Over the phone they told me it was nothing they can do now. Since they didnt take the proper step to fix my problem under warranty I am looking for a solution to fix my cars transmission.

    horrible experience, i bought a car and the clutches blew not even 2 weeks of owning it, i gave it to them December 17th 2023 and yes i get the holidays held things up but they didn't bother with my car for 3 weeks or call me while it was at **** dealership that one of their guys got it towed over too. but then the manager said it wasn't supposed to be towed to there around the end of December this all happened, January comes my cars at the "mechanic" who i cant get the number too or address. throughout this whole time I've been told that the manager named "****" doesn't want to speak with me and refuses to pick up the phone. the miscommunication at this place is ridiculous. they also lied to me 3 times saying it was already picked up (i called the dealership and it wasn't). so when it finally was i figured id give them a solid week until I call again and see what's going on, mind you this is a 1 day job 2 **** when i called i was told "I don't know what's going on with your car" i asked to speak to the manager i was hung up on multiple times. they even hung up on "************** IN ******** **" which is a big wow for that. that dealership was also pretty fed up with what they do i was told, once i speak to the manager i find out he has been having a hard time returning a faulty clutch which is why its taking so long, but i was told beginning of January my car was being worked on and should be done soon, it was always "soon" or "this weekend" week later (Monday January 22nd now) he got a new clutch and it at his "mechanic now" should be done Wednesday. ok i call then and its "I'm hoping it'll be done tonight as soon as i hear something ill call you" never did call. i call Thursday and its " should be done tomorrow if not friday. i call Friday and nope not done, i call Saturday and he wants to ignore me till they close and i finally get an answer from his employee saying "we just left he didn't want too talk to you". Monday comes you'll talk to my lawyer.
