I purchased a 2018 ********** Tiguan from Auto Lenders (Fairless hills) on Oct 31st 2023! I had to bring the vehicle back a couple days after purchasing due to an issue with vehicle! The service **** fixed the issue, however I had to bring the vehicle back about 6 more times for repairs it has been issue after issue with the vehicle! The latest was around two weeks ago I had the vehicle towed in due to a blinking check engine light! I was told they would have to break down the engine for diagnostic for about two hours which cost me $417 dollars to see what was causing the engine light to appear! I picked my vehicle up March 14 2025 and was told the issue was resolved! The check engine light came back on the next day! I contacted Auto lenders and was told to bring the vehicle back on March 18 2025 ! I sat in the waiting area for 4 hours and was told to come back the next day because they didnt have enough time to fully inspect the car! I returned the next day and sat for 6 hours only to be told that my car had a different issue and I would have to pay over $700.00 to have it fixed because the warranty will not cover the parts! I feel like I was sold a vehicle that already had alot of issues! Also the service **** had my vehicle for two weeks why didnt they detect that it was more than one issue that caused the check engine light to appear! Not only was my time wasted by sitting for hours I feel like I paid to get a issue fixed that was not properly fixed!Business Response

Went to get a standard oil change. After leaving the next time the car was started check engine light was on. Company refuses to assist with issue that was nonexistent when the car was first brought in. This has happened 3 times. Each time I have to bring the car to another dealer to fix their poor work.Business Response

I purchased a vehicle from Auto Lenders on August 7, 2019. The vehicle I purchased was a 2016 Kia ***** This vehicle has been maintained with oil changes every ***** miles and any recommended work completed. I have records for all work. In mid December of 2024 my car broke down and needed to be towed to my service station, it was advised that the vehicle go to a *** Dealership. The vehicle has been diagnosed as having a piston with a hole, and in need of a new engine at the price of *****. (offering a one year warranty) The vehicle has only ******* miles. I then contact Auto Lender of Toms River, ** where the car was purchased seeing that I have a life time warranty on the engine. Corporate is denying coverage because the vehicle did not come to them for a 6 month checkup. (How can they demand this? What if a buyer moved out of state?) REMINDER, the car has been fully serviced for the past 5 years at **************************** in ************, **. I have all records for proof. I would like Auto Lenders to make good on their Lifetime Warranty, or is this just a bogus warranty?Business Response

We purchased a car (2023 ****** Prius) from Auto Lenders ********* (************************************************************) in August of 2024. When we went for our first service with Auto Lenders in October, we were informed the battery needed to be replaced for $280. Needless to say, the battery was faulty when we bought it. October 9th was the first time auto lenders corporate actually called me in regards to the 2018 ****** Camry XLE and it's condition. On day 3,5,7 of me having the vehicle in my possession I called with my findings with the car. I drove up there three times to attempt to get all this taken care of. At the 2nd in person visit I was informed by the sales floor manager that I will be getting a call from corporate directly. I was REASSURED everything would be taken care of at inspection appointment. Upon contact via phone I was id have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. that b/c I cancelled my additional bumper to bumper Warranty b/c it was in an unreported accident. They misrepresented the vehicles condition to me. During an oil change for one of my other vehicles I expressed my concerns with my ******. They were only able to do a visual and mechanic agreed it had been in some type of collision beings as the vehicle has been banged out, repainted and not professionally, bumper zip tied together, blue paint across the front bumper, no inspection stickers on windshield. My other findings are a/c doesn't work nor the rear door vocal speakers. Also informed me that the frame was affected to some extent, beings as the repairs had to be done. Auto lenders corporate agreed with me on October 10th that I was definitely being overcharged for this ******** reassured me that he would do everything he can to get me my desired outcome. We agreed on either take the car back and wipe the loan away, or swap it w/o me having to come out of pocket for anything after making adjustments to the total price tag on the car. Upon inspection I was there for over 6 hours and they were telling me I had to pay $380 something dollars or I was unable to leave with my vehicle that day. They mounted & balanced my tires to fix the shaken.i paid a different mechanic shop afterwards b/c ?engine light on they told me new break pads put on rusted rodars. Please call me for more details. I purchased a vehicle from this business. I was told that the remaining balance of our totaled vehicle would be rolled over onto the new vehicle. The salesman at no point explained that was not possible. We just received the bill for the car payment on our totaled vehicle. Upon calling and specifically asking them, we were informed we should have just known. Corporate office was equally unhelpful by informing us that since the new loans already processed theres nothing they can do. That sounds like a cop out and the company seems to lie to people to simply make sales.Business Response

I went to Auto Lenders Service center on 24th to get a oil change. The service attendant recommended that I get a fuel injection cleaning, tune up and tire rotation as part of the ****** mile preventative maintenance. I inform Auto Lenders to go ahead and perform the preventative maintenance. I receive my car back, then the following week. I had to contact Auto Lenders because I received a low coolant sensor. I check my coolant and discovered that there was no coolant in the car which is part of the diagnostics. Now Auto Lenders is telling me that i have a punctured Water Hoses, Radiator reservoir hose and vent hose. I had no issues until I got worked done on the 24th of July and now there is an additional ***** dollars required to fix my car when there was nothing wrong with it initially.Business Response

I purchased a vehicle from auto Lenders in ************ and the color of the vehicle is dark blue. I took my vehicle to get it detailed and buffed and it was bought to my attention that the back bumper was a different shade of blue from the rest of the car and it was attached by a s**** which made it appear that my vehicle was involved in an accident prior to purchasing. I called Auto Lenders to inquire about it and to see if it could be fixed. I was told by the Auto Lender's staff that they could not repair it and it was nothing that that could do. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a woman and if I had known the vehicle was involved in an accident I would not have purchased the vehicle.Business Response
