  This is the worst experience that Ive ever had, with a dealership I purchased this vehicle about a year an a half ago and its has been in the shop more than driven. Ive had transmission and engine problems and when they tell me its fixed its TEMPORARILY. I get 45 miles until I have to bring it back in. Selling lemons is what they are good for as I know of a few other people who have purchased and had the same issues. They dont honor the warranties they provide while buying their cars!! As far as honestly, trust, loyalty, and good customer service they have failed in every aspect. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT BELIEVE THE **** best priced best warranty and all the non sense they bribe you with while walking in. As to my knowledge 4 salesman have left this dealership due to the dishonesty and incompetence.

  I purchased a beautiful car in Spring of 2022. I do not smoke and never have. What was not disclosed was that the car was pretty much one big ashtray that was masked over when it was purchased. The previous owners were chainsmokers. AL did help with some of the cleanup involved. But now over a year later.. I drove home from ****** three nights ago in the pouring rain. I put on the heater and defroster and was blasted in the face with horrible pungent dirty cigarette smell all over my face, clothing and everywhere else. When I got home even my husband could smell it from the driveway. I cant take it anymore. This car should never have been on the lot. When I think of the salesman trying to tell me the car was worth so much more than what I paid it makes me as sick as the third hand smoke Ive inhaled.

  DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!Terrible experience with them. Had my car for less than a month, and the engine completely shut off. Car was in the dealership for two months. Finally got the car back and there are still issues. This is a lemon. Do not ever buy from this company

  Do not use the service department. I have had my brakes fixed three times and they still squeak. I had a tire patch and a week later got a flat!

  Worst car dealership experience ever. Feel completely ripped off. AutoLenders has had my car for over two months now. 2018 with ****** miles. *** check engine light comes on. AutoLenders tells me my car engine is filled with slug. And that its not covered by my warranty. AutoLenders performed all maintenance on the car in the 20 months of ownership. Had to have an agent from the warranty company come out and inspect. Of course it was covered by my expensive warranty. ***n the lip service starts. Took weeks for a part to come in. That I understand, but even after the part arrived I was met with more lip service and delays. ***y had to take my car to another dealership, and that dealership wouldnt perform the task until they received approval from the warranty company. I called the warranty company and they said theyre waiting on AutoLenders to send them information. Have been on the phone with all three for weeks now. Still dont have my car. After making a lot of phone calls its clear AutoLenders is the one dragging their feet. Over two months and they only offered me a 7 day rental.AutoLenders knowing sells lemons. ***n will fight with you about your coverage. Its a pattern Im seeing from other customers in my research. Still dont have my car. And I have no confidence theyre fixing it correctly.

  SOLD ME A BROKEN VEHICLE. FAILED TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. TOOK ZERO RESPONSIBILITY AND EXERCISED ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS.

  Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Where do I begin...They were dishonest about "sap" on the car. Turned out underneath so called sap were chips in the paint that they would not fix. They told me to bring it in and they would take care of it, but they did nothing. The first time I went to test drive the car it was about to rain. They told me they needed to change the windshield wipers so it was not safe to drive at the moment. When I finally purchased the car after the first rain the car leaked and flooded. They did fix it after I was adamant about it, but it was clear that they knew this issue ahead of the sale. They are selling cars with known issues...the first car I test drove had vibration in the seat and steering wheel at 50mph. If I hadn't asked to drive the car home I would've never known about it. They had someone drive the car from ** that morning so they obviously knew of the problem, but did not disclose it. They even tried to prevent me from driving it on the highway. Very shady, be careful folks.

  I recently bought a car from Auto Lenders in Williamstown in September 2022. Soon after buying the car I discovered that the car had slow leaks in two different tires, an upper oil pan leak, leaking rear shocks, and a bad rear axle. Auto Lenders discovered these issues themselves after I took the car to their service center initially to have the slow leaks repaired. It took Auto Lenders ****************** in Egg Harbor from mid-November 2022 to February 2023 to fix all the mechanical issues. After picking up my car for the final time from the service department last week to fix the oil pan, they gave me the car without any coolant in the radiator. I had to pull over on the side of the highway and call AAA to tow me to a safe location so I could then buy and add the coolant myself.Auto Lenders claims to inspect all of their vehicles prior to sale. When it comes to my vehicle, they either failed to inspect the vehicle, or sold me the vehicle knowing about all of its issues. Every time I've called to talked to a sale representative, they have not called back. I talked to the sales manager last Friday who told me he'd call me back yesterday, but never did.I used to trust this company, but after this experience, I doubt I will ever buy a vehicle from them again; they sell cars with mechanical issues and their service department is inept. I cannot recommend buying a car from them at this time.

  I have purchased an 2017 Porsche Macan on 10/12/2022. My car has been having multiple problems. #1 hatch lights dont work. *** came for appointments to address this issue. They are are tell me the service Manager, ********************* advised it was ordered from *********** after my 2nd service appointment. ****************** and ***************** arent giving me accurate information. Im being given the runaround. My wife *********************** has be in business with AUTO LENDERs for years. Im starting to feel that I was sold a vehicle that requires attention before it was placed on the show room floor. Im asking for assistance in this matter. Im getting no where with The employees of the *** Branch.
