      CKD Prime Investments keeps Reporting I owe them on all credit reports. I have disputed this many times and it comes back correct. I have not had any contact with this company. I tried calling and all voicemails are full and cant take messages. This company has violated my rights as I have 30 days to dispute a debt. They have ruined my score causing my score to drop in the process of rebuilding credit for home. I would like this account removed immediately from all credit reports. This appears to be a third party buyer of debt genius. I have no information of that account or bills. I would like validation of this account with my contract with CKS with wet signature agreeing to pay them.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against CKS Prime for multiple violations of consumer protection laws, specifically the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (*****) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Recently, I looked at my credit report and see CKS Prime reporting an alleged debt. However, their communication failed to comply with several critical provisions outlined in both the ***** and the ***** which I believe constitutes serious violations of consumer rights. The specific violations are as follows: Violation of 1 CFR 1006.34(b)(5) and 12 CFR 1006.34(c)(4)(i): CKS Prime failed to provide me with the required notice informing me of my right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receiving their initial communication. This omission directly violates both the ***** and the ***** Violation of 12 CFR 1006.34(d): Despite my request for verification of the debt in accordance with my rights under the *****, CKS Prime has failed to provide adequate verification. This refusal to verify the debt further compounds their violation of consumer rights. These violations have not only caused me undue stress and confusion but also may have negatively impacted my credit score and financial well-being. As a consumer, I am entitled to fair treatment and accurate information under both the ***** and the ***** In light of these violations, I kindly request that the ************************************ thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action against CKS Prime. Additionally, I ask for your assistance in having the negative account associated with CKS Prime removed from my credit report, as it was reported in violation of consumer protection laws. I also want this company to cease any and all communication with me through all mediums

      I am desperately trying to just make a payment to this company to resolve my debt. If I go to enter my email to be contact, it fails every time. If I click to pay online FROM the emails THEY have sent me, the website link fails. If I call on the phone, it doesn't go anywhere. On the website if I enter the reference number FROM MY EMAIL FROM THEM, it can't be found. I am not even trying to dispute, I just want to pay. But at this point I want to claw my eyes out. This is so unfair that they make it completely impossible. I need this resolved. I am trying to recover from Financial Hardship and improve my credit and this is the ONLY bill I am unable to even access let alone pay.

      CKS Prime Investments agreed to remove the delinquencies off my credit report they received payment. I paid on 4-30-2020 and 2-28-2020 for two accounts but I still havent gotten the information removed from my credit reports. I sent emails and tried calling and left messages to no avail. This information is damaging my report. I want CKS to uphold the agreement we made years ago. Thank you!

      Good afternoon, I am the one requesting that they show a signed contract with me. They do not have a contract with me. I have no knowledge of this company and I am not liable for this debt. If they are not able to provide a contract where both parties have signed, then this needs to be fully removed from my credit report. I received a heads up from a frield that a small claims has been filed against me also. I do not recall any letters being mailed to me nor any phone calls. I have contacted them and contacted the "Attorney" that is representing them also. No calls back. I am not aware who CKS PRIME INVESTMENTS,LLC is. Thank you.

      I do not have any documentation on it unfortunately. I even told them I had no is*** working out a payment plan- I just couldnt pay it in full, yet here we are. They are just in it to *** people and that is unfair! Someone had even called us regarding this is*** and the same requests were made.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive any initial letter regarding this issue. I just started receiving all these letters from lawyers regarding this issue and this is how I became aware. I have not received ANYTHING from this company regarding any issue. I have even called this "law group" after finding out about this issue and left a voicemail for someone to please return my call and never received a call back. I wish to see the contact that I signed for this with any transactions as well. This is not my debt.

      I still have not received any communication from you guys providing the [original contract] and I would also like to see the [purchase agreement], I would also request that you send the BBB these documents to promote fairness and avoid stall tactics like the ones your using right now.. the burden of PROOF is not on the the consumer. I have dropped off documents twice at your drop box in **, I do not have a receipt for mail as I reside in ** and dropped off the correspondence in your mailbox in ********, **. 

      if you cannot provide these documents to the BBB or to myself. I REQUEST THAT YOU REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT.
