      On the 22nd of June 2024 I selected 2 tickets for The band Green Day. The event was for Aug 22 in Cincinnati Ohio. I also paid for parking. Total for tickets 228.21 Parking cost 85.44 When I received the emails with my order numbers, they were tickets for the 24th of Aug, in American Family Field. I need a refund or at least an exchange for Cincinnati Ohio event.

      On Feb 7, **** I purchased tickets from what I thought was ticketmaster. I only chose the ticket because the website said the rest the tickets were sold out. Myneice was searchifor tickets on a different website and the seating was not blocked out, hundreds of tickets were available. I understand that I was "duped", however I was "duped" by false advertisement and I'd like to be reimbursed.

      November 9th, 2023 purchased 2 tickets for ****** on Ice at the ********** in ********** **. To date I have not received the the confirmation or tickets. My order # is ********. Can you help with this?

      Purchased tickets through their website believing it was the actual ticket distributor since there was no where on the page that disclosed it was a third party seller unless you went to "terms and privacy". Called seller to receive a refund. They were a paid sponsor on the Web search and looked like the official vendor.

      On 8/17/23 TicketCenter purported to be a reputable ticket reseller. They charged me $178 for 2 tickets for ****************** and misrepresented where the seating was located. Once I placed the order and reviewed the seating I saw I was charged $178 for tickets that are priced at only $30 each. The tickets were presented as "select reserved" seating but ended up being General Admission only. They would not honor their cancelation policy and I called as soon as i received a series of confirmation emails that seemed "fishy" . They told me all sales were final immediately after I placed the order. I want my money back and will dispute via my Chase credit card if you cannot resolve for me. Thank you.

      In 2020 I bought 2 tickets to the Millineum Tour. Unfortunately, covid had shut us down and I received an email stating that the tour was canceled. I decided to call customer service for a refund, which I was told by one of the working representatives, that I should receive my refund of $500 in 10 working business days. Well, 10 days went by and I called again to see if there had been an issue refunding me or whether more time was needed. I was then told that the tour was rescheduled for 2021. I certainly did not care nor did I want to attend due the high cases of covid, so I explained that I would be satisfied with a refund and nothing more or less. The rep explained that it should be there by the end of the 10th business day. Time went on and emails and call were made, yet no resolution!! In 2021 when the tour was back up and running I came into contact with covid July 2021, and the tour was scheduled in August for my city. I did not recover until the end of January 2022! At this point with all of my documentation I am going to head over to a lawyer who would love nothing more than to win an easy case like mines. Screenshots, recordings, and emails? Yes, I have them. My patience has worn thin and each time I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told to hold and mysteriously hung up on. This is the last time I am willing to do things rightfully and settle for what I initially paid for the tickets outside of court. Otherwise I am sure more fees will be added on and I am at the point where this has emotionally distressful and embarrassing, so it doesnt matter how I get my hard earned money and will drive to a ** courtroom for it! Thanks. <3

      I purchased tickets from ticket center. I immediately called them to cancel and get a refund. They stated that they have a no refund policy but this was not indicated while purchasing. They did not state while purchasing the sale was final. The tickets are not available until May.

      I paid ****** for tickets to see a RB experience at ******** at 8pm. When i ordered ticketcenter at ***********. Ticketcenter email me back the wrong show. Friends Musical on Friday 8pm. April 8th. I did not want that show. I called ticket master spoke to Gabby. She said since i paid **** for insurance call ******************************* ****************** said it was Ticketcenter issue to handle the situation. So i called back Ticketcenter and spoke to *** who claim to be the highest i could speak to and she stated all tickets are final and i could not get a refund. I told her thats fraud because i ordered only 15 minutes ago and those tickets arent what i ordered. I ordered tickets for 2 row AAA for the RB Experience at 8pm at ******** April 9th 2022. Now i cant get my proper tickets i ordered. And they stated no. I would have to buy those too. I just broke down as a customer who enjoys RB. Music and i knew i lost my money to the place i want to order to see my show. Saturday April 9th 2022. Thats fraud!?? i can be reached at **********. Thank you. ***************************

      purchased tickets online thru ticketcenter.com which is a company owned/partnered with per their web ticketnetwork direct on nov 24 2021 for 2 *** preseason games in **. these games were cancelled due to *** lockout. so these tickets have no value. seeking full refund. have tried contact thru email and phone no results. they also charged me 2 charges for "insurance" thru allianz which i did not request. amounts of tickets ****** and ****** insurance of ***** and *****
