    I was misled to believe that I was eligible to apply for a $2450 duplex townhome apartment only to be charged the $50 fee x 3 persons totalling $153.95. I received written notice of a complete refund by *****, the agent in the leasing office only approved $150 dollars in the refund.I have written a letter via email requesting the remaining $3.95. I am very disappointed . So much more to the deception used. Glad to receive the refund however, disappointed at the tactics used during the whole process to be let down.

    We are in compliance with our policy and procedure for applications, which is set in place to protect all prospects looking for a home. All applications for residency are processed and verified using a consistently applied set of criteria to ensure proper and legal screening and recording of prospects and occupants. All applications should be completed in full and submitted electronically via company website. We have been in open communication with you throughout your entire application process. Because your application was not completed in full before another prospect filled out their application in full, we proceeded to follow our first come first serve policy, and the apartment was then rented and taken off the market. We refunded you in full of your $150.00 application fee. The $3.95 is a non-refundable, processing fee charged by a third party credit card company. We are unable to provide a refund because we never receive the $3.95 fee.

    Horrible place to live. Bugs everywhere water leaks no water in bathroom sink just drips pipes leak water ants everywhere someone tried to break in apartment door allways slamming no heat was in apartment cant open windows management lied say u can put air condition. Cant open windows hot as heal in heat when temp over 80. Management do not care about ur well being. She only cares about rent money. ****** up place to live. Horrible. C AC my wait for lease to b up
