El ray motel billed me $647.69 from july 7,2023 thru july9;2023.The manager was informed of ants roaches bedbugs in room all over with son with allergies.I wanted reimbursement and he never answered the phone till Sunday.we left relocated to another motel cause it was unsanitary.Photos were email to bbband videos also.We had to book another motel in the middle of the night and was not available till the am.We stood in our car till am.we want reimbursement for inconvenience,lack of sleep in which my son had 5 games for a tournament in am.total unsanitary.Initial Complaint

I paid for two nights at this motel, the guy in the office was very hard to deal with and not accomadating at all! The rooms were smaller than advertised. This is called false advertising! I paid $155 for two nights. I had banging and screaming of tenants above me and around me throughout the night. There was nothing done. The room wasnt as advertised. This guy was pushy and wouldnt take my card even though, I had the money on it!Business response

This guest did not make the front desk aware of any noise complaints. If the guest would have made the front desk aware of the noise, we would take the appropriate actions to address it at the time. Furthermore, the room is as advertised with pictures and the size of the room on the booking sites.

I am rejecting this response because: no one was there at the time ridiculous plus false advertising, plus pushy front desk guy about how i should pay!

There is always a front desk employee in the motel office at ALL times during normal hours of operations. It should be noted that the guest has extended his stay, which is something an unsatisfied customer would not do. Again, our record does not indicate any complaints made by the guest during his stay. As far the demeanor complaint regarding the front desk employee at the time of checking-in, will be assessed accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I am rejecting this response because: your hours say 9 am until 10pm, you have alot of bad reviews similar to what demanded a refund. you like to ripoff customers period!
