On 1/25/23, I ordered a passenger side mirror and I paid $108 plus $28 dollars for shipping. On 2/11, I finally received it. Apparently, this company didn't have this product in stock. Looking at their own shipping policy "PARTS NOT IN STOCK take on average 2-3 business days for us to receive them from HYUNDAI. Once we receive them we will then ship them out to you. 2-3 business days on average is when they will arrive to you." I want to know why it took 3 weeks to ship the product when CLEARLY goes against their own policy. Attached is my supporting documents.Business response

As we spoke earlier today, we did refund *** ****** his full amount of the transaction on Feb. 17, 2023
Unfortunately, the delay in shipping was due to bad weather (snow) between our Hyundai PDC in Dallas and our Hyundai store in Albuquerque NM.
We did not ask *** ****** to return the part, and did apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance in this matter.
This was *** ******'s email response to us after we completed the refund transaction.

There is nothing more to talk about. You refunded the money...I appreciate it and we are done. Case closed.
