The company offers you the moon but they do not honor their word. I decided to cancel the proy/ject within the three day deadline given. I made an agreement on April 8, 2025 and cancerlled on April 9, 2025 by email and by phone. I called and email the sales team, customer service and project manager without a response. I would not recommend this company to anybody. They claim they have a local oiffice but I could not find it. I finally spoke to ******* ****** on April 10, 2025. As per ******* the job appear as cancelled on their side. I requested a copy of the cancellation. He was to send me a copy of the cancellation for my peace of mind. As of today, I have not received anything.

Terrible company they claim to have this "lifetime warranty" but they don't honor it. You can get them out for minor things, but the second something major occurs like the shower pan cracking you get ignored when you call. They put you on indefinite holds if they do answer, then hang up on you when you sit there waiting for a response. My mother has been calling for three months and not a single call has been returned. Absolute waste of $8,000. ***** this company at all costs, they don't back their product.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

After contracting with Dream style Remodeling Inc. to replace 3 windows in my home, I have come to the conclusion that I would never use Dream style Remodeling again. Ever. Do not be fooled like I was! Replaced window in dining room did not match another window in same room, until I complained. Replaced window in guest bedroom still moans in high winds. Replaced DEFECTIVE window in laundry room still has not been addressed. This contract began on 9/19/25 and as of 3/20/25 after repeated unanswered phone calls, still has not been completed. What has happened however, is their finance company has begun to charge us for an unfinished job. They told me if we fail to pay, they will have no choice but to deem our contract as "unpaid" and will send it off to a collection service.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

Everything in this process was easy and smooth. Started off great with our sales guy, who was incredible in helping us select the best options for our house and family. Our project manager, was great too and talked over process moving forward, timelines, verified measurements, etc. The guys who did the install were amazing!!! Their communication was next level in terms of arrival time, process, any concerns on either side (for exampleBarry identified trim on the house that we need to replace to protect our windows). They were fast, efficient workers with an incredible eye for detail. They cleaned up along the way and frankly left many areas better than they found them while cleaning up after themselves. They also finished more than a day early, which helped my husband and I out greatly! The windows themselves are absolutely beautiful, blocking out the elements and noise and clearly look high quality. Highly, highly recommend.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

DreamStyle Remodeling Does not Honor Their Lifetime Warranty Representation On January 20, 2025 we started to call DreamStyles customer service to request help repairing the shower we purchased in 2019 that came with a lifetime warranty. During a shower some of the parts from the shower fell into the shower floor. This is something we did not know how to put back together. When my husband called the customer service number, he was quickly transferred to another phone number. It always rolled over to voice mail. Over the course of a week, he left 3 messages. The following Monday he again called the customer service number in both ******* and *********** and requested to talk to a supervisor regarding not receiving call backs from messages. A supervisor was not available at either site, but he was assured by both that he would receive a call back that day. Three days later and we have not received a call back from anyone. We have now reached the conclusion that we are being intentionally ghosted and there is no intention of honoring the warranty. If you are looking at a shower remodel do not use DreamStyle if you want a company that honors their warranty.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

We emailed the customer service website the day we received a similar message on another review site in January. They never responded. We hired someone to replace the shower head that fell on the floor, and the strip on the door that keeps the water in the shower staff. I stand by my original message that Dreamstyle does not honor a lifetime warranty.Review fromMilan J

Dreamstyle remodeling service department does not care about it's customers. We have tried to reach out to them several times about mold growing in our bathrooms after a install they did for me and my wife. They are claiming they cannot find anything in their system saying we purchased upgrades in our bathroom even though we have paperwork stating the did the work. We have tried to contact them several times through the years to get the mold out the bathrooms with no communication on their side. The company will rip you off please do not use them. I paid ****** dollars and it has taken them 6 months too repair it. I had too take work off too schedule a appointment and ***** showed up. I also came home from vacation and again they dint show up. When they did come the *** said this is a horrible job and they had too take walls out and redo it and 6months later **** the project manager offers only 250 dollars in compensation I said you must be kidding and he said no that is the offer and then hung up. I have tried getting a corporate number but hey just send me too **** or ***** with no response . When this company called me I was looking for a estimated quote on a fabricated shower however they could not give me a range of pricing over the phone. So I advised the representative that I was not interested in a home consultation. That should have been the end of it however for the last week I have spoken with three other **** calling me to make an appointment. I have explained that I am no longer interested but they keep calling.I don't know how to get this company to stop calling me. Just getting windows installed today. It has been a lengthy wait from manufacturing and guess what we took an option of triple pain windows like the samples we were shown but the windows installed that showed up are double pain. This creates a big price difference from what I was gonna pay as I was quoted $7k for double pain window installation. Don't get me wrong they're nice and the installers are strait biz and getting the job done but the window company it's self missed the **** in a product promise.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC
