I originally set up a subscription for every two weeks online in May 2022. Paying $44.20 twice a month. At first I did not realize how much one 16oz bag was. This was fine in the beginning. However, I quickly realized that despite eating the jerky rather quickly, every two weeks was too much. I then went online. On the website, they make it seems as if changing or canceling subscriptions orders was a simple process. However, it has been anything but. I inquired about changing my subscription via email in June 2022 when I didn't have success logging into my account. Since trying to access my account ALL contact from the business has stopped. I no longer receive information regarding my orders from the business. Every two weeks i do receive another package of jerky. At this point i have 3 unopened bags. I have called multiple times a day with no success of speaking with an actual human. Their mailbox is full and does not accept new voicemails. I have emailed multiple times requesting contact from the business with no success. I have even contacted my bank who states that I will have to contact the business or change my entire account info to stop the charges. This has been such a nightmare. I've even tried to go to the business itself however, even the voice mail says that they are not open to the public. I have no idea how else to get a response. At this point I would like cancellation of my subscription and some form of compensation. No customer should have to plead with a business for contact.

Thank you for sending me this ********. I haven't received the other email but this has been resolved already. They sent me a few emails on 9-7-22 and I replied to them and gave them a phone call. Their subscription has been cancelled since then.
